Cannot look at the menu unless I put my address in, which I do not want to do. I like looking at the menu before I make up my mind whether I want to get a sandwich or not.

Every time I go to this location, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food even with additions/deletions/changes is always done right and looks and tastes exactly as described. I absolutely LOVE that you can buy the sauce by the bottle as it is just spectacular, and cheap. Its like 7.99 in store but like 30 on amazon

The sandwiches were tasty! There are 4 tables inside and a couple outside. We'll be back.

Great customer service! Thank you too for the surprise dog-treat for my puppy -I wasn't expecting that! The sandwiches here are excellent. I recommend the New York Steamer! Can't beat the beef brisket, pastrami, and melted provolone.Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals come with a fire hat!

I bought two turkey sandwiches today (3/21/24) and found a hair in one of them which made me wonder about the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen staff. I really like this establishment, but today's incident has spoiled my opinion of this establishment

Do not bother paying $5 for a tiny cup of Kraft Mac and cheese. Especially when you ask to return it after two bites for a credit toward buying a sandwich and they refuse instantly. Customer service was completely absent.

I ran across this place. Popped up right across from the mall. At first I was like they have an another sub place what could be different from the other two within the same area. Well the menu has different options of sandwiches. The guy working greeted me when in came inside and waited patiently while I decided on a sandwich. There places to sit and eat but I order my two sandwiches to go. Verdict still out

Fire house subs makes the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever had!!!! The owner is very kind and the workers are very hardworking. One time one of the workers asked me why I was sad. I explained to the worker it’s because my best man died before the wedding. The worker then decided to step up and become my new best man and even brought sandwiches for the wedding. Thanks Patrick!!!

When I walked it I received prompt, helpful, and friendly service. The sandwhiches and soup came out in a quick and reasonable time. The quality was exceptional with fresh bread and quality ingredients. This is a very well run store and will definitely be back.

First time at Firehouse subs!! I was torn on what hot sandwich to get. Many of them looked delicious. After much debate I Ordered the Firehouse Hero. The giant cookies looked delicious but I held strong. The sandwich was ready in about 7min and came with a pickle spear. I wish the sandwich was a little bigger (longer) but it did really fill me up on its own. The meat was extremely fresh and the mayo and Dijon sauce together was phenomenal. It was really good ratio of sauce to veggies and meat. The sandwich was definitely a 10/10. I will buy one again even at the $12.50 price point which is about normal these days. If you can get a sandwich on half price evenings, that's the best deal. In fact, I can't wait to try the other hot Sammies! I also love that these sandwiches come in a recycled cardboard bin/container so that the sandwich doesn't get smashed or leak all over before you get to eat!!!

Ordered medium subs for 4 people and the order added up to about $65. Although the subs are decently stacked, the taste was not there. Everyone else though, thought it tasted superb. I ordered a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch sub on wheat bread. It costed around $16. Did not include any bacon and tasted only the peppercorn ranch. Overly generous on the lettuce and onion though. Overall, I might come back and try a different sub since everyone else liked theirs. Maybe the Turkey Bacon Ranch just wasnt the right pick.
