Everybody who worked there was very friendly and attentive. The ambience was very well done, and I really like the aesthetic feeling of the building. I like the yellow and the gray I got the brown sugar Boba tea, and I added tapioca I do like the fact that you can customize how much ice you get and how much sugar you have.The only downside to this place is you only have one choice for size. As far as sizes go, I think it's a fair price for the size however, I could never drink a full Boba tea, so maybe not fair for someone like myself

This Happy Lemon store has a very clean space inside. Also, they always have a good smell when I come to the store. The most important thing is their kitchen, which is the cleanest one among the other bubble stores I have gone to.

Left Happy Lemon and came home with 2 drinks. One was an Avocado shake with black boba which tasted like burnt rubber. Wanted to call to complain about this but no number listed online. This is the new location in Covington, WA. Now I have to drive back there which isn’t near my home. Very upset about this. Never had an issue before.

Almost never really busy so that's great and the milk tea is way better than Ding Tea cause ding tea is watery this one has good flavor

I was craving a smoothie and as it was on a a Sunday evening, many places were already closed. So I found this local juice/tea bar that was open and figured I'd give it a try. I only ordered the Mango Smoothie, as is. But they have many options and toppings if you wish to customize your order. The few people behind me ordered and the staff was friendly and great at answering their questions and making changes to their drinks as requested. My drink was ready within 2 minutes of ordering. They also have bubble waffles if you want a snack. If I was hungry, I'd totally get one! They had pop music playing and a few seats. The atmosphere is bright and everything is kept tidy and clean. Will definitely be back!

Totally stoked that a HL was opening up in Covington, as Glow Tea and Ding Tea (both less to be desired) was the only thing around. Their advertisement felt falsified as they mentioned their soft opening AND grand opening of BOGO. What they should've done is kept those two items separate. I know a large amount of folks went during their soft opening, anticipating the BOGO but get to the cashier to just find out that wasn't the case. So naturally, after waiting x amount of time you weren't about to leave, you're committed at that point. Also, the BOGO is only applicable to certain drinks.I'm giving an "okay" just because there are room for improvements. - they could considerably do a better job in removing the previous business (optical) decal from the door, as it's still obvious. --- am I saying this is a deal breaker? No, just stating the obvious- I understand that they are relatively new, so the staff is still getting the hang of it, granted they move a little faster so that's a plus- there is an older woman who took my order this one time and I asked if they offer the pomelo drinks (yes I looked at their menu at the place and no I didnt see it.. obvious right?.. I get it) for me, closed mouths dont get fed, so I just asked but got this off putting response of no and just mean glare. Calm down, I didn't ask a ridiculous question.. so another words, work on your customer service hospitality. Overall, I think they're ok. Probably be back and get their drinks but wouldn't be a die hard fan.
