I popped in today and tried a "large bowl." It's conveyer style and you fill you bowl with veggies, noodles, and sauces as you make your way down the line. The selection is good and fresh.At the end of the line of the grill. You get a choice of meats and your bowl of ingredients of grilled with the meat.Once your grilled food is ready, it's plated and you can add steamed rice. There are more sauces to garnish your dish including peanut sauce, teriyaki, and a salty mushroom that I enjoyed a lot.I would have liked a fried option in case I'm not in a noodle mood, and had a choice of getting more meat, but otherwise I really enjoyed Iron Grill.

The food tasted good and was nicely cooked, but for a Mongolian grill the selection was lacking and the proteins weren't serve yourself. This was not a good value for the price paid for the meal. The staff were there, but not really welcoming or friendly at all.If your craving Mongolian BBQ, head over to Jasmine in Federal Way, much nicer selection, servers and value.
