I work in the area but have not eaten here btwn 6-8 months due to my work schedule. Went today ordered chicken taquitos from lunch menu order was to go. When I opened container you could see rice was dried and had carrots in eat, I never had rice like that in the past. Beans were dry and the tortilla on the taquitos had not been fried and were soft I ate it like a burrito. About an hour after eating I began to feel sick, took an Alka Seltzer and knew once I got home I was going straight to bed. Well I just got done throwing up my lunch. I was surprised at how downhill the food has gotten. Please do not go there

Never had a problem until today. Went in with my family and ordered food. While eating, my son finds a hair in his shrimp tacos. Called the server over and she looks and says "Oh, yes, this belongs to the cook. Can I replace it?" As we were all grossed out by then, he said no. They tried and brought over a free flan, but no one in my family likes flan, so it sat there uneaten. When we got the check, the food was not comped and nothing else was done about this disgusting experience. Overall, the food was bland and not appealing, even before the hair incident. We will not be returning...

Awful. Dirty, greasy floors. Hair in food. An entire avocado pit in the guacamole. Fajitas not even sizzling. The worst Mexican restaurant I have ever experienced.

Good service. Clean. But that's all I can say. Food was mediocre. Some of my family members like it. Me being Mexican and knowing what Mexican food should be, or at least try to be, I was pretty disappointed. I'm not picky when I comes to Mexican food, shoot, I'll eat Taco Bell and that's far from Mexican food. This place Just wasn't for me. And that's all I have to say on that.

It was dirty, the food tasted old and dry. They also listed a margarita as 6.75 on the menu but charged me 9.75 plus a 2.50 additional charge for a medium. One or the other I could understand, bit not both. That's almost twice the price on the menu.

Everything was so delicious! Everything was hot and fresh and perfect. I loved that they made the guacamole right in front of us, and it was probably the best guacamole i've ever had. The chips and salsa/bean dip was great and they were so on top of bringing more chips and water! The fajita quesadilla was amazing, and everyone else we ate with enjoyed their meals as well.

First off I will never return to this restaurant. The place was not that busy on a Saturday night. Waiter Carlos was impatient with our table possibly understaffed, but not my problem I expect a smile and a how are you, not what do you want to drink and run off before we all ordered our drinks. Two of our party ordered the Ultimate Margarita ($30.00) Really. They know their tequila and it was NOT the Ultimate, they let that pass so I said nothing. Ordered the Fiesta platter WOW!! the cheese sticks were so over done they had no cheese the poppers were almost black they were so overdone, mentioned it to the waiter did he say anything or comp us??? NO $190.00 without tip, We probably should have gone to Taco Bell.

I had heard the expression that a Mexican's worst enemy can sometimes be their own people, and yesterday I experienced this firsthand. Up until yesterday, I was a regular customer. My husband and I used to dine here 2 to 3 times a month, and we had been loyal customers for over 10 years. However, yesterday while we were waiting for our food, the waitresses in the bar area where we usually sat began to criticize and judge me. I'm not sure if they forgot that I speak Spanish, but I felt incredibly uncomfortable. It's not that I care about their opinion, but I'm not going to pay to be criticized at a place where I'm supposed to be enjoying myself. It was Valentine's Day, and all I wanted was to have a pleasant time with my husband. Obviously, we didn't stay. We paid for our drinks and left. Additionally, when our food arrived, it was obvious that it had been reheated and was cold. I'm sure they criticize and judge all their customers; the only difference might be that some don't speak Spanish.

It was a last minute decision to go here. We have had up and down service here over the years. I like their food though. My booth seat in the bar was pretty worn. It could use updating. I also didn't like that when the person on The other side moved I felt it.

We’ve been coming to Puerto Vallarta for almost 10 years and it is just as good now as it was then. The staff is always amazingly friendly. Parking could be tricky in the evenings, but it’s not a deterrent. Make sure you try they’re fresh flour, tortillas, and queso dip!Parking: Their lot is full sometimes and you have to use parking on the side or in the Fred Meyer parking lot.

We had a group of 11 or 12.Food was only fair. Refill of water was offered but never on ice tea. Never asked if we wanted more chips and salsa. Staff functioned but weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. When we each got our bill we were charged an automatic 18% gratuity on each of our receipts despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty and we didn't receive great service. Pretty annoying. Perhaps they were just all having a bad day.

Don't even come to this place if you like Mexican food, there's clearly no hygiene and staff is too sassy.Stopped by for lunch yesterday, and we ordered Enchiladas and Beef Burrito. The enchiladas came without sauce, when I asked the staff she said it's extra, extra for what? Enchiladas are supposed to be having the sauce all over, what I got hardly had any sauce. Food was cold and the rice was dried, god knows how rice looks this way! Moreover it had hair, I even took a picture, posted it here. I wanted to puke after this, left the restaurant and didn't even have the patience to ask the staff about it, she was too sassy and kept saying everything is extra, salsa and chips she said the same, I know it is..but saying it over and over again makes it more awkward for customers.Food quantity was average, but the prices felt a bit high for the portions. Not worth it, at all. Never coming back again.
