Made a online order through the Starbucks app and the estimated time was 6:30pm. I understand the estimated is a ruff estimate and won't be ready on the dot. We arrived at the pick station and are drinks weren't ready or he didn't even start our order. Mind you we arrived couple minutes later then the estimated time. He was making other custumors drinks who came after us. We waited 30mintues for our drinks. Barista Robert said he didn't see our order right away. I kindly asked him if he could make our drinks but said he has to serve the other customers before us. We waited 30 minutes.

Slowly!!!!they only have one worker who moves very slowly !!!! the waiting line is always big and there is no movement !!!! and so every time, Starbucks, you need to do something with this!!!!

Baristas clearly just don’t know how to make drinks. Went in for a simple breve latte , was given half a cup of foam , with out the syrup. Clearly need to be trained better and have better attitude especially if they can’t even make the coffee properly. I worked at a starbucks for a year and I would NEVER serve a drink that tasted or even looked anything like what I was given. Do your job properly it’s not that hard.

This is upsetting to me that you pay over 5.00 for a Iced Coffee drink and you get less than a half of cup of product-and the rest is ice. I asked for light ice and then when I got upset and walked away I was talked about-how their sick of customers getting upset because of Starbucks policies. The drink still had ice in it-and it was a half of cup. How are we not being ripped off???

Ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte. The barista asked me if I wanted it hot or cold and I told her I wanted it hot. I made the mistake of tasting it in the parking lot because not only was it half full but it felt like it was below room temperature. The coffee tasted bland and didn't have any pumpkin spice flavor at all. I'm not even mad I'm just disappointed.

Closed early! Says 830 on website and 9 on maps but was complely locked up before 820

Both baristas were wearing their masks incorrectly and one of them took my cash, didn't wash her hands, then made my drink. I don't recommend!
