Absolutely amazing service. This is the first time I've been to a Subway and felt cared for! The management is so friendly and you can truly tell that they take pride in their work. I haven't been to a Subway in so long due to bad experiences at our home store, but I will definitely be returning to this location.

Ordered online (pickup), asked for the "new" steak sweet onion teriyaki, but they gave me the chicken one instead. Not the first time this has happened, do yourself a favor and stay away from online/app ordering. At least the two people working were nice.

Last week I used a $5.99 coupon to purchase a footlong sub at the Covington store. Today, after my footlong had been made, the server told me they were not accepting coupons! I told her that I had just used a $5.99 footlong coupon a week ago with no objection from the server. She said that the "new owner" forbids coupons! I felt sorry for her having to be the bearer of bad news on behalf of her cheap boss; otherwise I would have walked out without paying the ridiculous $13.99 for the sandwich. This kind server is the only reason this is not a one star review.Subway franchise owners who refuse to honor coupons should post this on the front door. Will they lose customers? Yes, because their regular prices are way too high. These franchisees should do a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether decreased profit from customers who use coupons outweighs total lost profit from customers who refuse to walk in the door because coupons are not honored. Meanwhile, your options are to stop going to all Subway stores (my choice) or to ask before placing your order whether or not coupons are accepted.

I don't know about in person but I will never do online order. How can you put bad lettuce on a sandwich. Sandwich tasted stale will never order from here again. Most nastiest Subway sandwich ever hands down.

Exceptional customer service! Both the servers were extremely helpful and clean. They even changed their gloves for vegetarian order, used a new knife for my sandwich and all the ingenious were fresh. This is by far the best subway restaurant I have ever been to, perfect for a quick bite.
