I personally really don’t like their coffee. It’s to burnt tasting to me. The rest of their drinks are great!

I wouldn't stop here if I were you. They used to be good, But as of recently my order always has something wrong. I'm not super picky, I just the the energy drink with the syrups. Yesterday I got the wrong flavor. A few weeks ago I got black particles (I'm assuming they were coffee grounds) in my drink which made it bitter and I couldn't drink even half of it. For an $8 + tip drink, it's just not worth it. Also its gross that there were coffe grounds in my drink that has zero coffee in it. They either dont wash their stuff properly or used a dirty cup. The baristas are nice, but I think there needs to be better training or something.

Don't stop at this store (16th and 272 Ave) for a drink unless you have at least 30-40 minutes to waste. Its not just me as I watched 3-4 other frustrated customers leave before they got to the window. Don't know who owns the store but they are losing big $$$ due to the slowness of the staff. I would have FIRED the young girl that took my order on the spot if it were my store!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this store again!! PS: I was there on Sunday 1/7 at about 2:45 pm Pacific in case the manager/owner wants to know who was on duty.

Caught them OVER CHARGING on drinks by $2 a drink by ringing it up as a different drink and adding the flavors to make it what i ordered. I showed them the price if I were to order mobile and they fixed it but batista claimed she would get write up and this is how she was trained.Order from the mobile app it will save you 23% from their bad practices and training.Coffee was good staff was friendly.

Mobile ordered 15 minutes in advance, waited 5 minutes in my car for pickup, waited 5 minutes at the door, in the sight of baristas, for walk up.. nobody came to help me..... I thought mobile ordering was supposed to be quicker. Crazy how 30 minutes and I still didn't have my drink, so I left. I had to get to work and that was my whole purpose of mobile ordering - & no, there was not a super long line. Only 2 cars when I pulled up & by the time I left they were certainly gone. I just wasted the $7. This was my first time trying this location and I won't be back. I guess my advice is just don't do mobile ordering thinking it'll expedite the process because you just might waste half an hour and be late to work and not get your order at all, like me.

If you've got time to waste, then this place is for you. Every single time that I come here to get my surprise GC energy drink I always met with a 15 minute wait at least doesn't matter which side of the drive-through I go to. It's always a long long wait, so like I said, if you got some time to waste, then by all means, come down here and waste it away.

Nice employees but the coffee taste awful. They burned the shots and let them sit in the cup after they pour them in with nothing in the cup. For $7 this is disgusting. I wouldn’t pay $1 for this. Teach the baristas better.

They do have really good coffee, and they would be an excellent challenger to the local frontrunner if they only had a larger selection; because if you're going for coffee, after three or four visits you'll have exhausted the different choices on their menu.
