I frequent here often. The staff is nice for the most part, definitely not chic fil a style of service but hey it’s fast food. I’m leaving a review now because I visited over the weekend ordered a smash jack which was perfect ?? but I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich which was TERRIBLE. They put a TON of sauce on both sides of the bun, the result was a soggy/greasy sandwich. I literally couldn’t eat it, I took one bite and threw it out. I paid damn near $20 dollars for two sandwiches and a medium fry. For this price I’d much rather go to Taco Bell which is in the same plaza. It wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why the inconsistency at this location. (FYI, I used to work at Jack in the Box for 3 years so I know the real standards of the food quality).

Should have gone to McDonald's right around the corner!!! Never going here again. Everything about our bk sandwiches were so old and seemed to be days old. I can't believe the staff would ever serve this.

The menu for breakfast was 10.49 (ultimate breakfast combo). When I paid, it was $12.49 plus tax, but not one person working could tell me why the extra $2. ( no extras ordered) I wonder how many people they do that to? we use to call that skimming off the top. This wasn't the 1st time, so it looks like I will be using a different location. ? to me, that is stealing.

The Jr bacon cheeseburger was exactly how corporate wanted it. $4 for a small horrid looking & tasting gut bomb.Friendly staff. Absolute Corporate failure.
Occasionally, there's a small error in food during the afternoon, after 7 pm is almost always done 100% correctly.Parking: 8+, plus Safeway parking lot right next to it, adding another 4 close spots.

So far, this Jack in the Box has been good. I ordered a Jumbo Jack, specifically made with no lettuce and extra everything else, as I like all the veggies, but twice in a row now they have been out of pickles which is my favorite on the hamburger. The service was good, their chocolate milk shakes are very very good. I would go back again???
