The food was good. We ordered half regular and half spicy. We were asked to wait 9 minutes for the regular. We waited, got home, and everything was regular. No spicy in the order. I guess somebody got confused that day. I must say, those young ladies were hustling to keep up with all the orders. Smaller space than most Popeyes I've been to. Very busy.Parking: Parking right in front of restaurant. Not a large lot but most customers seem to use the drive throughWheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped ♿️ parking

Our server was rude, dismissive and lazy. I'm not trying to be mean just that was our impression. One of the order lanes in drive was taken up by traffic cones (the lobby boarded up and closed) then the woman at the window tried to say we were wrong and the order didn't have a drink (my husband drives for doordash) he told her the order clearly had a soda attached and she was so rude about it. If I had been a direct customer I would have left. **not a Karen,** I work in food too and I'd never run my drive that way it's not working out. 3/29/24 Des Moines WA just before 1pm. ?

Didn’t even get a chance to place my order. I’ve been around long enough to never expect good service at a Popeyes but this was ridiculous. The woman taking my order couldn’t understand that I only wanted chicken strips and not a combo meal. Then when I added a three piece spicy meal all dark meat with mashed potatoes that threw her for a complete loop and she started saying I wasn’t making any sense?Anyway I told her to cancel and I left

i had stopped going to this specific poppeys because the guy who took orders at the drive through was incompetent. he would talk fast and would switch to what i thought was Spanish and would stop in the middle of taking my order to help his coworkers making me wait for minuets on end before making me restart my order but i went yesterday to a whole new staff the big loud black man at the window was totally awesome spoke loud and clear so i could understand him he triple checked our order even making sure the sandwiches were made correctly this man makes me want to go to poppeys everyday! i asked what happened to the guy who absolutely sucked and told them my story they said that they fired that guy and knew exactly who i was talking about they seemed just as happy as i was that he didn't work there anymore! this guy deserves a raise! i 100% suggest going to this poppeys just cuz this guy was so cool!

Got fish sandwiches and french fries here. Read about them online and they sounded good. The sandwiches were almost inedible. Tough, tasteless--just not good. Fries tolerable. Service was very friendly. Went through drive thru. We won't go back, at least not for fish.
This is my first time coming here and I loved it. This guy Angle was amazing, great customer service, which you don't get from fast food now a days. But Angle we now know what time to come and get some of America's best fried chicken. Your awesome dude ?

Broooo!!! This place sucks. I came through when they opened this morning and ordered a 12 piece honey bbq wings. In the advertisement they are fully coated in the sauce, so tell me why my wings looked like they were rationing sauce??? Two of them didn't even get any sauce. Y'all are 10 mins from where I live, but I would rather drive to Renton's Popeyes. Y'all gotta do better.

OMG I never see this kind of worst customer services All employees was very rude Also the management no respect to customers. If you Order food this location Don't take the food you ordered without checking because they won't give you everything you ordered, they will give you the food you didn't order.If you need Popeye's food go other location If you go this location you gonna get headache they are worst. I'm not gonna recommend this place for anyone.
On March 7th, at 8:30 I came through the drive-thru here at Popeyes and immediately someone came on the speaker practically yelling at me that I barely understood what was said which was “I’m not taking orders here, come inside to place order because short staffed” so I proceeded to drive around and as I came up to the window, I saw one male just standing at the cash register in the lobby area looking at me. Then rolling his eyes he came over to the window and yell at me “hello, I said please come inside. I’m not taking orders this way.” Which is beyond disrespectful and very rude the way this whole situation was handled when there are 3 employees working. He wouldn’t give me his name nor was he wearing a name tag. He’s the tall Latino male, with a Puerto Rican accent. Worst experience ever. I will be letting others not to come here as well due to nasty customer service.
