“Best subway experience I've had ever rly! I got a ham subway with lettuce, spinach, pickle cheese, mayo n salt pepper. She made it perfect with lots of everything!!! I usually have to say extra this extra that but they were just perfect here!!! I'm 110% satisfied and will be back!“

“It is insane that they don't own they're own space inside the Walmart owned parking lot they reside inside of. Trespassers beware of eating at your favorite burger joint if you have protested against the Walmart monopoly that supports China and child labor...steal from Walmart to help remove they're stores from the United States soil!!!! “We absolutely love Jersey Mike’s and this is our local store so it makes me sad to leave this review. My husband was prior an assistant manager at another location and knows the rules and regulations they are supposed to be following so maybe we are more critical due to that but this location has a total disregard for food safety and customer service. The person working the register was going from handling the register and money to holding food without changing gloves or washing hands. The person at the slicer didn’t clean the slicer in between roast beef and other meats and it is in their regulations to do so because of the amount of juices that come out of the roast beef.The atmosphere here could have been sliced with a knife. I don’t know if they were having a bad day between co workers but none of them were communicating with each other and it was incredibly at a snails pace. We tried making conversation with the people there and as far as we got was finding out one had been there 2 years. Just not a fun experience overall.We would love to see this place flourish and some of the things we noticed for areas of improvement would be communication amongst coworkers and communication with customers. Chit chatting is great! Food safety is a must! Not trying to be mean but no one wants to get sick! Things my husband noticed that he would loved to see improved is the flowering of the meats instead of just throwing it on the sandwich flat and dead ?. And the amount of vinegar and oil going on the sandwich as he noticed in order to get the normal amount he had to have the person triple what they were doing.Yesterday 6/12/23 I went back and the team there was amazing! They followed all food safe procedures, the team worked well together. It was great chatting with them and they made our sandwiches perfect. I’ve changed my review to reflect this ❤️“

“Great food, great employees, but ALWAYS sub-zero temperatures inside. We actively avoid coming here because the temperature inside is always 59 degrees Fahrenheit…which may be comfortable if you’re on the grill, but we almost cant make it -“

“Tasty, fresh, somewhat sloppy burger. Not convinced it's worth double a comparable McD's combo, but it didn't give me a stomachache later, so that's certainly worth something. Much easier to customize as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Business is on ground level, with double front doors.“

I mentioned it was my first time and they gave me a free cookie which was small but the perfect dessert, even though I ate it first lol. “Always have had a great experience with this location, as they are friendly and get my orders correct each time. I’ve also made the mistake of ordering online for a different location, thinking it was this one. They made up new pizzas for me so I didn’t have to drive to the other location 25 minutes away. Wow! They are very considerate and kind.“
