Depending on who is working will determine the quality of the meal. My family and I have noticed that the quality of the food will vary time to time. When the pizza is right it is amazing

So I have contacted to owner more than once and I get a call but nothing changes so at this point I would not order anything for Red Pepper. The food is not any better than Dominos and it's said that customer service doesn't exist anymore. I will not order from this place ever again.

I went to this restaurant today for the first time for lunch. I ordered a pasta , I was sitting waiting for the food and the young waiter came to my table and throw a dish and a fork on the desk and left without any eye contact or saying a word. Never experienced something like this in my whole life.

I live in Monroe and have been so tired of no good pizza options. Decided to venture out and finally try Red Pepper Pizza. We ordered the breadstick, Greek salad and pizza combo. Everything was absolutely delicious! Pizza was "well done" as ordered, crust was so good and proportions were perfect. The salad was so fresh and very good as well. Placed order for pick up online and it was ready promptly. I'm so sad I haven't tried this place sooner, 10/10 recommend!

I am a fan of red pepper. But they need to review their pizza cutting. I've def had several pizzas in the last few months with cuts that needed to be remade with my own pizza cutter at home, or have gotten unbalanced slice sizes. Overall pizza quality is still good.

Pizza is good. But the pasta was....it tasted and looked like frozen pasta that was placed in the oven. I was disappointed. I wanted real pasta. Pizza is the only good
OMG...thank you for coming to Sultan. In the last two days my wife and I tried 4 pizzas (thanks to the half and half pizza option) the fettuccine alfredo, the bacon mac n cheese, bread sticks, jalapeno cheese bread and big brownie.All delicious. Priced well considering the current economic climate and quality of product.We look forward to trying even more and predict a great relationship in the future .
So, I placed an online order and it autogenerated a 45 min wait time. I was traveling and on a timeline and was WAY too impatient to wait that. So, I just drove right past and continued on my way.I called the store and got put on hold for quite sometime. When the young lady picked up and I got a chance to explain my situation, she immediately had to put me in touch with the manager. Arianna answered and I again explained the story. By then, I think the order had already made it to the kitchen!?Anyway, after Arianna explained that ordering on the app is NOT directly the same as calling in and ordering. I “think” she was not exactly sure if she could credit me back my money? But, this girl pivoted on a dime and said, tell you what “ how about a free pizza next time you come in?” Could not ask for better servive. Really appreciated their efforts.
