“We stopped in for a cocktail before dinner across the street. Really fun place with a funky, eclectic vibe. Our mixologist created a 'Patricia's special' made with vodka, which was beautiful and delicious as well as a wonderful Old Fashioned.”

“This is a small little shop right in back of a grouping of small shops. Cole is the owner and does a great job of helping you feel welcome. He's knowledgeable and personable. There's a sort behind the artwork on the wine labels and he's happy to talk with you about the friends that created the art. We sat outside and did a 5 wine tasting. We are almost finished but will bring some wine and lovely memories home with us”

“Super lovely restaurant with gorgeous views. We had the sausage, gravy and biscuits which were really delicious and filling. My only comment is there are no accessible bathrooms, which is something to keep in mind if you use a wheelchair.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get inside, but no accessible washroom”

“We had the best meal we’ve had in a long time at Monti. We are on the island celebrating my wife’s birthday and this was the perfect meal. The pommes panisse was insane. The paparadelle was so good. The N.A. cocktails were phenomenal. Definitely worth your time and money to have this truly special dining experience.”

“Joanna's operates out of a blue food-truck parked 90% of the time behind Ray's Pharmacy in Templin Center of Eastsound on Orcas Island. The food is El Salvadoran and the taste is amazing!! You have to try their Chicken Quesadillas, or their burritos! The tacos they serve are simply delightful as well. This is a hard-working family and I hope they stay on Orcas Island for a very long time!”

“Good customer service—had a less than stellar first experience and they quickly responded and remedied it…Their croissants are a little on the hard side if you’re used to soft, flaky croissants, but their other foods are good. Went back for their carrot cake and it was the BEST.”

“It was a beautiful day, and we decided to stop by for a bite to eat. The owners, who work alongside their wife, were also looking after their kid. I can imagine how challenging it must be to find help. Fortunately, the food was great, and we encountered no issues at all. It's definitely a nice place to relax. Definitely a 5/5 when comparing it to other restaurants on the island.”

“This place saved the day. We tried to go to the Mexican place & they basically turned us away. Really bad impression of that place.So we went to White Horse Pub instead & it was a complete 180 from the Mexican place. The server greeted us & sat us immediately.We got a window seat facing the water. We were able to order apps immediately, & the meals soon after. The server was super nice & accommodating.Food was really good. I was really happy with everything we ordered.The prices were a little high, imo, but compared with the place before, plus the view, the quality food & quality of service, I was able to overlook the high cost.”

“They are located inside Island Skillet, which is also a great place for breakfast.Pizza was pretty good. What I liked best about it was the pizza topping combos they use. We ordered the Hawaiian OG & the Tuscany.I had never had Spam or seaweed on pizza before. Was definitely something different that was overall, pretty tasty.Ceasar salad was fresh, with housemade dressing.There are like 3-4 pizza places on Orcas, & I'd be curious to try them all, but I did like this place & do recommend.”
