One of my go to places when I am craving milk tea & I usually get mine with coffee jelly. I’ve also had their Vietnamese coffee, fruit teas, smoothies, etc. I recommend trying them all!

This is one of my favorite dessert spots! All of their drinks and chè are amazing, and the pandan waffle is a dream. I like the red bean combo, taro lover, Bambu combo, Fruit addict. So many great options to choose from. I've ordered the pandan waffle at other locations, but they never compared to this location. Theirs is always big, crispy and chewy!Việt owned and operated! I miss Nhu, but everyone is kind and great.

My kids and I love to come here for a treat after school once in awhile. The taro milk tea with tapioca pearls is my favorite, but their Vietnamese coffee is also good and you can choose your preferred level of sweetness. We also love the pandan and ube waffles - they are so crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside. Plus the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I am so glad we have this place close to our home and can also support local business! ❤️Kid-friendliness: Always welcoming to my kids.

I got their taro milk tea with boba which wasn't that good in my opinion. It tasted powdery and watered down. Price was okay at $6.79 after tax.I did try the pandan waffle though which I would recommend.

Love the Vietnamese black ice coffee, regular size $6.35 with tax. Very strong and aromatic! You may pick the sweetness level, 50% is sweet enough! Recommended! Will definitely come back and try other drink and food.

Too many flavors and options to choose from. ?Couldn’t pick one quick, but I went here to get some boba Tried the -Jasmine Milk Tea with normal boba and Hazelnut milk tea with Crystal boba ❤️ I loved the Hazelnut one a lot ?However, they could work on the presentation a lot more because I’ve been to a few boba places now and I’ve seen better! ? ✨And about 1/3 or more of my cup was filled with ice as shown! So yea, just giving you all a heads up! Will definitely look forward to coming here some day ?

We went to the one in Edmonds next to Ranch 99.Service is always friendly and fast.The place is clean and convenient with some chairs for waiting. They often try out new waffle recipes and give it out for customers to try.Our favorites from there are the #2 chè combo, pandan waffles, and the basil seeds and jelly mixed drink. Glad they are around in the area for us to stop by easily.

Peach milk tea is not supposed to be so bitter to the point of undrinkable and bubble waffles do not have the consistency of gum. Maybe it was an off day for whoever made my order but it was not of acceptable quality. I had to throw everything away.

The food and service are excellent. My banana chocolate smoothie was actually a banana that was blended instead of just banana flavor. The waffle was crispy and chewy. The drinks and came out very quickly. Seating is limited, but we had a table. Everything is fairly clean. There are a ton of options for drinks and toppings. I would definitely come back.

Ordered a salted caramel Vietnamese coffee. and they only filled it a little over halfway up. They said it was because I had said no ice. Other bubble tea places still fill to the top when I ask for no ice so I felt pretty ripped off. Won't be going back here, happy lemon and 85 bakery are much better. Doordash did give a partial refund for the order atleast.Response to reply:They did not offer me a refund, the employee said "you can ask doordash for a refund" he then stepped away from me and started assisting another customer, I stood there for a minute before leaving when it was obvious he wasn't going to help me. There is no excuse for the drink being that low which is why doordash gave me a partial refund.
