Food wasn't good. Ordered the tacos with shredded beef. Beef wasn't seasoned and the tortilla was wet and falling apart. The short rib tacos were ok (salsa verde is what saved it). Margaritas tasted like juice. Super sweet and no alcohol. Service could also be improved. After they dropped off the food, they never came back until it was time to pay the bill. Will not come back.

Food was tasteless (not seasoned?) Fajita serving was not your traditional amount, though still enough for a meal (no leftovers). Fish tacos were lacking flavor. Not really worth $26.Staff was super nice and helpful, but maybe skip if you are looking for more traditional Mexican food.

Love the service and atmosphere but the food is always very average. I also hate how small the rice and bean serving is with the meals.

Food was amazing, drinks were delicious. They were pretty busy, so service was good, but a little slow compared with other area restaurants. Could just be 'authentic' European style service ?

One star for the environment and cleanliness. The rest left a lot to desire. Food was bland and our waiter ruined our experience. Paolo, was rude, abrupt, inattentive, disrespectful, and annoyed. He did not care that my loved one was hard of hearing. There was confusion over her order, I couldn't even understand what he was asking or what he said. He was so rude when trying to clarify and appeared to be attempting to create an intimidating environment. When the food arrived and it was the wrong order, he literally rolled his eyes, berated my loved one, huffed, and stomped out. In my 45 years, I've only experienced this kind of degrading and rude service a few other times. Water glasses were never refilled, he never checked on us... the list goes on.

Service was great. Food was remarkably void of taste. Neighborhood is very very hip. Come get ready to shop!

If you want delicious Mexican food, look no further! I make the trip to Edmonds just to go to Las Brisas. Everything I have ever ordered has been incredible and the staff are so kind and attentive. The guacamole and beef fajitas are must haves!!

We are visiting from a city that has amazing Mexican Cuisine restaurants and when we came across this one, I was happily surprised at the good, GOOD flavor. We ordered for pick up but next time we come, we will have to stay at the restaurant. The staff was genuinely nice and warm. They have fresh hand made corn tortillas! And well made. Their salsa flavor is on point. Their green enchilada sauce is full of flavor. You can tell they know the trick on how to cook the tomatillos. Amazing. Delicious. I was only able to take pictures of two of the dishes because the person with the third one was almost done eating it (that’s how good their food is).Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be meatless.Dietary restrictions: If you can peat meat many of their dishes can be meatless. And they are full of flavor.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wide, very wide area and first floor

Hands down favorite Mexican restaurant. I’ve been coming to las Brisas for years and I am always treated like family. The staff know me on a first name basis and I love when the owners check on me and talk to me about my experience. This is a gem of a restaurant and I hope it’s around for years. Excellent food, staff and atmosphere.

Las Brisas is the best spot to get Mexican food in the Seattle area. The food is always extremely fresh, andthe atmosphere is perfect for lunch or dinner time. Highly recommend if you are in search of good, true Mexican

Very Bad Experience here. After watching the table next to us get seated, order, served, eat, get their check and prepare to leave, I finally asked where our order was … Got the “food” a few minutes later only to find a disgusting mole that tasted like oil and ashes with overcooked raggy chicken in it, and a cold chilli relleno that didn’t even have the seeds cleaned out. We refused to pay for this. I’m finally putting my foot down with these sorry restaurants that don’t care what they put on your table. Just, NO! The margarita was good though but not enough for another star.In response to the owner, even though this was some time ago, I remember it clearly. I completely blamed your kitchen, not your servers, and that is why I tipped my server the full cost of the meal after refusing to pay for it. Your cooks sucked that day and I still won’t ever come back.

This was our second time eating here. The atmosphere is very good and the design of the restaurant is very nice. The food is good but for the price I thought you'd get a bigger portion. I also ordered a large margarita, which I later saw on the bill was $20. The service was okay and unfortunately do to the prices we'll have to move on from this restaurant.

I've been coming to Las Brisas for over 10 years and it never disappoints. Every time I eat there, I try to order something new and continue to be amazed by the flavor, presentation, and quality of each dish. On top of the food, the ambience, service, and consistency of the restaurant continues to bring me back. I highly recommend Las Brisas for any occasion!!
