We may well have been there on an off day, but our first encounter with a staff member was appalling! However, the staff member that took care of us after that was pleasant. The food was quite mediocre. Needless to say we will not be going there again.

Update: went back yesterday and my breakfast skillet was amazing! Major improvements from my other visit.Previous visit:The potatoes in my breakfast skillet were rock hard. They were super greasy like they had been deep fried multiple times. My pancake was bland. I am not impressed with breakfast today.Parking: Lots of parking but watch out for the semi-trucks as this area is also a truck stop.

I've never seen worse hygiene practices out of waitresses that want to handle your food. It was really upsetting for me to see this as I have ate at thiss restaurant several times and the food is amazing.. but that's okay I will never visit this location again I will just go to a different location...

Food was amazing. They had all the options for the whole family. The service was stellar, very kind and accommodating staff.
Had to change the 5 star review because today was not worth it. Bacon was served cold, the toast was also cold so much so the butter didn't even melt. The lady who served us was nice enough but, I asked if the bacon was cooked fresh and she said it was but the turn around time was less than 2 minutes so highly unlikely. To be fair this is the first time I have had a meal that was that far from what I would expect from Buzz inn because I have ate at many of them throughout the state. Will check back and hopefully next time will be better.Parking: Not many people there usually so always plenty of places to park.

Waited 45 min for our appetizers, which we got at the same time as our entrees. Waitress never checked on us and we had to ask if she would get us refills. Our appetizer had human hair in it. Waitress gave us attitude for it. Use to be one of favorite places to eat, service and food has drastically decreased.
