BEST STREET TACOS IN ELLENSBURG!! ok, they're similar to the tacos served at the other various mexican food trucks in town. BUT BETTER!! Bigger than the others, number one. The tortillas used here are 5 inches in diameter, not just 3 inches like all the rest. And number two... They are filled with ingredients!! Genesis Churros is hands down the best birria tacoNorth of the border. I drive miles just to eat Naomi's tacos!
