LaDonna, the floral department manager was a joy to work with for our parent's funeral floral arrangements. She took the time to special order flowers and build a beautiful spray and also decor for our grandmother and aunt's graves. Having her expert advice and artistic flare truly made a sad time very memorable.

I made an online order for my mom’s birthday, and when I came in to pick it up about 10 days later they didn’t have it. They did however put something else together quickly. They were super nice at the bakery and I really appreciate their efforts to complete the order, rather than just saying they didn’t have it.
