I've been to this place twice. The first time was absolute perfection and the second time was... kind-of "meh". It looks like they may have re-branded, too (to "Sweet Radish") - and changed the menu somewhat, so not sure how much help this review will actually be. I ordered both times online - it was easy/painless, and my order was ready when they said it would be. Great start! The first time, like with any place, I got way too much stuff - which is super fun in itself - I got all three different kinds of chicken - thighs, tenders, and wings. For us, the tenders were the clear winners - perfectly cooked, meaty, big, perfectly breaded. The thighs were like popcorn chicken, smaller than I thought they'd be... and wings were just wings (both were good, I just preferred the tenders). I also got a bunch of the sides - fries, cheese fries, a sweet macaroni salad. The cheese fries were super fun - basically dusted in cheese dust like Cheetos. Fun. And the macaroni salad was SUPER DIFFERENT - very sweet, and very refreshing with blazing spicy chicken. The second time we went, I think they might have overcooked everything - and the breading was falling off of everything when we got it home. It could have also just steamed itself off - maybe the packaging was different or something. But that was just a minor bummer. My wife ordered and didn't get THE HOTTEST SAUCE which was a big standout for me (maybe it was the "Seoul Hot") - a delicious wing sauce that was also actually spicy. So, that kind-of ruined my experience (no fault of the business). I noticed they didn't seem to have as many super hot sauces on the new Sweet Radish menu. Bummer. But anyway, I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt and will almost certainly be back. The third trip will be the tie breaker if I change the review.

Disappointing sweet and spicy chicken plates. We got 2 and they were identically sad. The chicken wasn't juicy (more on the dry side) and was barely sauced That alone is why we won't come back. The rice and spicy cucumber salad were nothing special. I prefer pickled veggies with Korean chicken rather than spicy cucumber. I wish they did that instead by default. The macaroni salad was the best thing, but it's hard to screw up pasta and mayo, basically. The portions were decent for the price and they were quick and friendly, but I won't be returning for the chicken sadly.

9 Delicacies is at the end of the strip mall behind the McDonald's. We were worried we were in the wrong place, but we weren't! Fast food Korean, but not too fast, but not "sit down slow". Real food made in a real kitchen and if you dine-in you eat on real plates with real utensils. Four dinners and we got 3 bulgogi plates and 1 original chicken sandwich without fries (fries cost extra, but he wasn't hungry enough to add fries). Next time we'll have to get the legs; which were obviously a favorite from the feature on the menu and the other diners' plates.

The chicken here is always delicious wether you're ordering the strips, drumsticks, or wings. The sauces are good, but I recommend you have them on the side because they are strong, from the sweet ginger, to honey garlic, and the garlic aoili. You can't go wrong ordering from here whether it is for dine in or take-out.

This place is a hidden gem, absolutely delicious fried chicken. My family ordered a 20pc white meat tenders with sweet & sour and honey garlic sauce. Everyone in the family enjoyed it, not a single complaint. All of the chicken was good not a single bad piece. I feel we definitely got our moneys worth as there was so much chicken and they were good sized pieces. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Give it a try! We will be back again.

Honestly, it's really good fried chicken and their sauces are amazing! All of their sauces have a nice balance. I miss some of their menu item they no longer have. I've been up since 7am and couldn't take a lunch from being overworked as usual. It's about 3:30pm & this place is nearby my home I haven't had it for awhile so decided to stop by. Really nice family business and their house beverage are really good! Friendly service and clean. Cons -2: It's over priced. I ordered 5 wings & 5 boneless thigh and it came out to be a little over $16 not including tips for my takeout. Wings were average size & I could deal with the price value. I didn't want to leave without ordering food because I was sooo hungry. However, the boneless thighs were basically chicken nuggets. Really sad and disappointed because it wasn't even a full meal compared to somewhere else. The wings were 2x larger than the nuggets, but the price was very close which was why I thought it would be boneless THIGHS, not boneless thigh nuggets. Very deceiving. This was a joke, missed the mark for me. As much as I'd like to support businesses during these hard times, many restaurant quality of it has gone down. The 'boneless thigh' compared to a small side of kimchi that I got somewhere else. Look how small it is? Name on the menu needs to be changed to boneless thigh bites. If I knew, I would've ordered more wings or save my money to buy grocery & meal prep after school. Disappointed. Lesson learned to just save $. Overall, if you don't care what you spend your money value and want to try this place, go for it. Food and beverage is great, but it's over priced. I rather take my money somewhere else that'll fill me up with $16.

This place really specialize in Korean fried chicken though they have beef and tofu options on the menu. My partner and I shared a Honey Garlic Korean Fried chicken sandwich, boneless thigh, breast strips, snow fries and brussel sprouts and let me tell you, it was all amazing! The chicken was all perfectly breaded and fried so that it wasn’t too greasy or too much breading. The flavors of all the sauces and ingredients were perfectly balanced. Meat was high quality. Everything seemed really fresh. Instantly one of my new favorite restaurants in area

Just did a test run today, tried the chicken tenders tossed in the sweet and spicy sauce. Pretty yummy. Didn't need the extra dipping sauce that I almost bought, they were pretty saucy. I look forward to trying more with the sides and pickled vegetables. Friendly service, and seems clean. That's big for me. Oh, and reasonably priced. Who doesn't love that!?

Such a tiny and cozy place to eat some chicken wings in the morning. So much better than other places and very peaceful, at least when I was there. Thank you for such a great first time experience! ?

We've been watching a lot of K drama lately and one day as we were sitting on the couch, we simultaneously had a craving for KFC... actually, it was because people were eating it in an episode! The next day we found 9 Delicacies dangerously close to an appointment we had that day, so off we went after ordering our food on Yelp. The storefront is tiny and well kept. Maybe they once had a table or two inside or outside but the pandemic and a relentless winter has done away with seating--you've got to take it to go. The person behind the counter knew my name when I gave it to them for my order. The menu board is clean and well designed. There seemed to be plenty of parking in the parking lot on a work day around 4:30. Our food was done in about 10 minutes from ordering and we rushed home to try it for the first time. The macaroni salad is addictive and thankfully not as sweet as Hawaiian mac salad. The slaws and pickled vegetables were delicious, as was the bulgogi, although they forgot the egg I ordered as a topping :( and the KFC we tried was pretty on point. We got some with honey garlic sauce and a plate with sweet and spicy sauce. I liked that the sweet and spicy sauce wasn't too spicy. I wish there was more garlic honey sauce on the chicken (it was so good) but it didn't really coat the chicken. While the sauces were tasty, I think the chicken could have been crispier. I'm not sure if it's because we didn't eat it right away, but I'd eat it right after ordering it next time. The food was so well wrapped and fit into the to-go bag so perfectly that it looked super compact and I wondered if what I paid was worth the seemingly small amount of food we bought. But then I got it home and the portions were surprisingly larger than what I expected. Can't wait to try another sauce or another side the next time I'm in the area!

Perfectly cooked, perfectly breaded, perfectly tossed. We had boneless chicken thighs, wings, snow fries & regular fries. Tried garlic aioli dipping sauce and have chicken tossed in sweet & spicy as well as hot gochujang. Super good. I combined hot gochujng & sweet & spicy - yum.

Great customer service and amazing food. I got the Korean fried chicken with rice, it was pretty good. My partners chicken fried sandwich was phenomenal!
