First time buying from this Tamaleria. I'm from California and back home tamales are sold everywhere. So, I was pretty excited to find a place that connected me with my Latin roots. These tamales were moist and had the perfect amount of salt. Wish I could have tried the green salsa on my pork tamale but they were out. I had both savory and sweet and I was impressed! Highly recommend.

Best tamales in the greater Seattle area! They even have dessert tamales and they are fantastic! Don't forget to add rice and beans too because they are the best! Highly recommend this place.

They make excellent tamales! The place is small, but they have seating available. I've always done take-out. They have a wide variety of tamales, and the staff is always friendly and offers suggestions. The price seems right for the quality-- I've had cheaper tamales, and you really do get what you pay for! Since they cook fresh daily, it's impossible to make them "to order", so get there early for the best selection. This is the "go to" place for great and authentic Mexican tamales!

Pork tamales and salsa were delicious. Friendly staff as well. Strawberry dessert tamales were probably my favorite.

Best tamales I've ever had. Sauce is amazing!

Delicious tamales and friendly service. It doesn't get any better than this. Came up from Kirkland and it was worth the drive.

Authentic tamales to me should be layered in flavors from not just meat but plenty of vegetables, chilis, spices, and a very thin masa shell. These were flavorless and the masa was thick and bland, too. Sad. Was excited to have them on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

This spot constantly delivers. They have awesome food for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are busy.

Probably the best beef tamales I've ever had. Place your order a day in advance to make sure they're available the next day, or they might be all gone!

They have pork, chicken and cheese tamales, and sweet tamales also. You can eat there or to go orders. 100% organic

Bomb.com I've been trying to tell as many people about this place as possible. It's absolutely delicious and reasonable in pricing. The staff are friendly and the jalepeno-cheese tamales are to die for. Next time I want to try the sweet options. Yes!!! They have fruit tamales!!!!

A lot of people that I know absolutely love this place. I am not one of them. I've tried them three times and every single time their tamales seem dried out and flavorless. I looked at their website recently and I saw that they use vegetable shortening in their tamales, and this is probably why I don't like them. I've made my own tamales for the last 15 years, and I always use pork lard. It gives the tamales much more flavor and keeps them moist. A&A almost seems to brag about the fact that they use vegetable shortening, but to me it is not a good thing! The tamales also have a small amount of filling and aren't very well seasoned. Also this place is expensive, especially for Everett!
