Went through around 7 pm. 1 car in front of me and 1 patron in lobby. Waited at Drive through Kiosk for several minutes after other car left. Did my order and drove around. That car was still there. After several more minutes they gave him his 1 tiny bag. I pulled up and waited a long time for my order. Only 1 person still in lobby. Finally got my order and then sat there for 3 or 4 minutes to get their attention as they forgot to give me any horsey sauce. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for it.From pull up to drive away was 15 minutes.Something is wrong with that picture. Did their survey andHave not heard a thing back.Not a fan of the place. Too bad there isnt another arby's close by.

The folks here are great and polite, which is what really makes the effort to sit in and eat worth the effort. Standard fare of food, nothing amazing but it's consistent quality which is nice considering the cost of grabbing a quick bite when you're out and about running errands and want something dependable for a mid-run meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy and well kept ramp for accessibility. No rough edges or slippery surfaces. Sheltered entrance keeps things dry.

Tried to order from here for my first time in like 10 years through the mobile app because it talked about 50% off and I was just coming out of having the flu and for some reason it sounded like a good idea. They made up items because they didn't have the ingredients for what was ordered and stuffed that in my bed with no warning or notice. Contacted support who said they would give me a free meal and never made good on their offer. The respondent was the assistant manager of the location. Zero follow through which is what I would expect from the people in charge of the order I received. I wish I was embellishing.

Some old lady working the drive through with a bunch of high school kids. Thought it would be funny to make fun of my disabled clients in the drive through because she didn't understand the menu. I wanted to curse ? out the old hag that is to old to be working drive through at Arby's. But seeing how she needed to feel validated by the high school kids I left the fat thing alone! Besides if she is that old working there she probably can't get a job anywhere else in Everett!

Placed a mobile order in the evening and I got an alert that store was closing in 10 minutes, but I was 2 minutes away so just headed over. Order went thru but it said order would be ready the next day - what?I get to restaurant and they had locked doors early. I knock and tell them I have a mobile order but they refuse to open door and tell me to go thru drive-thru. I go wait in line while others order and finally get to window where they tell me they don't have a mobile order for me. I show them in the app where order was placed, but they tell me they are now closed and won't give me my order. I was so mad!Why would an order go thru that wouldn't be made available until the next day?Why would they lock the doors early? Why when I got to the intercom and I told them I was picking up a mobile order would they tell me to pull forward if they had no mobile orders? Why would they turn me away hungry? I will never return!
