Got the Katsu Sandwich and it was huge! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Nice place to stand and eat outside too if that's your jam. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I've been here several times, and every time I do I leave with a big ol' smile on my face!I've had the Korean Fried Spicy Chicken sandwich, the Loco Moco burger, and yesterday I had the Pork Belly Bahn Mi. All of these have been the greatest sandos I've ever had.The Chimichurri Fries, and Togarashi Tots, Thai Iced Tea, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee are also praiseworthy. You cannot go wrong with any of these, although, you will need a napkin.

Burger is fantastic along with the fries. The bun is something special.Their homade ranch is good. I prefer a bit more buttermilk . Staff is very friendly. What a great place to visit and enjoy a great meal. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely one of my new favorite sandwich places. It is not very often that I feel the food was worth the price in todays food world. However Bao Boss stands up there and I would gladly pay for the sandwiches again and again. The location is in Everett which can be a drive for some but it is well worth it and I am personally planning another trip just to pass through and get some more food. The Cubano was packed full of meat and the bread was just perfect. Everything came out fairly quickly and we had a minimal wait time. My one drawback was the tots. They were fresh but got soggy fast. I believe using something other than the cardboard would make them tremendously better. The restaurant it self is a bit of a small interior but I know it is probably overflowing during the summer with the outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions about what different kind of flavor profiles each item had. And the door never stopped with online orders coming in every few minutes.I cannot say this enough 10 out of 10. 5 stars. Y'all rock.Parking: The parking lot is small and they seem to share it with businesses along the block. But there is street parking.

The Owner is really nice and is very helpful with menu suggestions. What we got:1.) Steamed Pork Buns $4.00 These are handmade so be patient it takes a minute to make good food. ?2.) Homemade Thai Ice tea $5.50 yum3.) Vietnamese Coffee $5.50 not too sweet tasty. The above drinks are made in small batches to control taste consistency and quality!Try the Bacon Double Smashed or Bacon Bleu Cheese Burger…I heard they are fire! ?

I ordered through door dash. It's pretty pricey and the menu is adventurous for the area. The fusion menu seems pricey but if done correctly is worth a premium price.Purchased the Birria bao, tater totsI wanted to like it but I think when it gets delivered the heat messes with the bun and it was too wet and hard which messes with the food since the bao carries everything to your mouthThe total were nice and hot and have a nice spice. You get a lot of tots for the price.I'm gonna retry this place but next time I will order in. Some places are just better picking up yourself. Also I ordered very late at night so not sure if this affected the bun.

We got the Korean spicy chicken, Katsu chicken, and tots to eat and all were great! The large tots could legitimately feed 5 people. The sandwiches were huge! You definitely get your moneys worth. Only complaint was the tonkatsu flavor was a little too strong. The Thai tea was the best part for sure. Perfect sweetness and smooth! I highly recommend giving it a try.The guy at the counter was also friendly and helpful.Overall, great experience!
