They took our order then never received any food, we were on a meal break and needed to leave. When we asked where was our order they said it was not put in the computer. When we told them that we couldn’t wait any longer, we got no apology. Very frustrating, doubt I’ll be back with all the other options in the area.

We tried the cheese & regular soft tacos w/ consome! Super delicious & reasonably priced! Everything tasted fresh— especially the red onion garnish. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.Will definitely come again!

We had the birria tacos here for the first time and not only was our pickup order ready quickly but this is the BEST food and service we've ever had!! We will be back again and again!!Kid-friendliness: The owner welcomed us at the door, and as I was leaving with my baby he brought us out a free drink! Best service, horchata, and birria I've had in my life!! Highly recommend you eat here!!!

This restaurant gets worse every day, the kitchen and the food taste worse every day, I don't understand how they lower the quality, they need to change the kitchen, when the tacos were outside they tasted better.

This place has to be my favorite taco spot in the Everett area. The restaurant itself is very large and spacious, which is perfect for big events/parties. They are also currently doing some renovations, which is exciting to see. The service is here is very nice and accommodating. I like the fact that when you dine in, you're given a basket of chips and variety of salsas and sauces. The chips come out hot and crispy, and you're free to ask for more. Every time I've come here, I've noticed that the food comes out pretty slowly compared to other taco spots regardless of restaurant capacity. So expect a bit of a wait time. My favorite item on the menu are the vampiros and cheese tacos. I always ask for carne asada since the meat here isn't dry and seasoned very well! We also order consome with some birria tacos, and they do a good job of stuffing the tacos here. It's also nice that they provide Serrano peppers, lime, and a mix of diced onions and cilantro on the side with every plate. The quality of the food here is great for the price. I love bringing my family here to eat, and would definitely recommend coming here for any taco cravings!

The food was good, but the birria was a bit overdone. It was later in the day so it's understandable. One of my orders had the wrong type of filling. Overall the place is clean, the food was good, and the people are great. I would recommend checking it out.

I just placed an order which cost 77.02 plus 11.55 tip for a total of 88.57, but my account reflected a charge from the restaurant of 106.28. How is it possible that they dare to modify the tip even after leaving 11.55 for just packing the food because it was for pickup? It feels helpless to know that I'm surely not the only one they do this to. Check your employees, SANDY seems to have no respect for other people's things.I recommend the restaurant El Mariachi in Evergreen Everett. Consistent flavor, handmade tortillas and good service.I never received a call from the Birrieria Tijuana restaurant and they had agreed to contact me during closing time.

Food is amazing. The 2 stars is for service. We had a large order to go, paid over $115 for food and got home and they left out an order. Went back next day to get corrected left out order and was still wrong. Make sure to check your order before leaving this place with to go. The workers here don't care to check to make sure orders are correct. Will take my business elsewhere.
