Dallin provided fantastic service, making me feel welcomed and heard. I could taste the love and care Dallin put into making this meal. This location is my favourite place to stop when travelling from Vancouver, Canada because Dallin always greets me with a smile. My family will be returning soon!

This location doesn't take military discount unless in uniform. If it's Halloween time please, everyone take advantage of that lol buy a silly uniform and get a discount since active duty military ID doesn't work. It's the only location I've been to that does that.

Great food, but service is a bit lacking. I came by one morning on my way to work to pick up some breakfast. I was in a different drive-through lane as I had placed a mobile order, while everyone else was ordering at location. Despite having been there for a bit, they kept serving the customers who were ordering in person. After multiple cars had gone by, they finally came over to my car to check and see what my order was, brought me just the shake, and then I waited a bit longer before the rest came out. The food was, of course, up to Chick-Fil-A standard and tasted really great. However, I was definitely surprised by the service as I'm used to them always taking great care of all customers. I'd have understood if they were really busy, but they weren't, and I was the only person with a mobile order the entire time. Overall, it's not a bad location, but mobile orders here actually do the opposite of providing faster service.

The people are sooo weird. I always say thank you and they always be saying "mah pleasure" like some crazy robots. Also, this one girl working there looked like the duck from Chicken Little so I got scared and ran away after an incident in which included barbecue sauce and the chick Gil a sausage I didn't want.

As a person of color I have no idea why another person of color would disrespect themselves and work for this company. As a delivery driver I was told to confirm pickup and a Caucasian delivery driver was not asked to confirm pickup. Does this company believe that all people of color are thieves? It’s so sad to see my people working for massa I hope you sold your souls for a pretty penny. Never again will I set foot in this plantation.

Been here twice since it opened. The ordering process is f n stupid. They have people outside taking your order. They have a physical menu they get and let you look at. Seems to be really inefficient. I pull up like they say and I get my order and the problem in front of decide to order something additionally. I can’t go and I’m stuck behind this a hole while their extra items are being made. The restaurant should have told them they need to go park because there are people behind them that have their order and would like to leave. The drive through is just screwed up and slowAnd the miniature box of chicken nuggets are a complete rip off.The alderwood location is way better logistically.

I'm not sure if this location or the Bothell location is slower but both are crazy slow compared to every other chick fil a I've been to.And this location doesn't serve customers in order which is frustrating when you place a mobile order ahead of time but everyone who ordered in line after you arrived is served before you.Specifically it took 23 minutes to get an order containing only 2 chicken biscuits via the mobile order drive thru lane as the third vehicle in line. While waiting on my food there were around 10 vehicles that entered the normal drive thru lane, ordered, and received their food while I was waiting on my food.
