This food was horrible. The garlic bread was stale, the ceasar dressing on the salad tasted like plain mayo, and the baked spaghetti barely had any cheese and was just awful. Tried to give me a side salad instead of a dinner salad. I ordered 3 desserts and got only 2. I mean just terrible. Never going here again.

Our last experience was our sons birthday as this has often been one of the traditional family birthday places we chose to go. Really miss the old owners and management. Not only have their prices gone up (which I understand to a degree) but we always get large salads for all of us to share and the portion of salad with the increased price was obviously smaller by at least a third. We also get pizzas (one of which was incorrect, we just dealt with it). We always pre-arrange our arrival so they know we are coming. Getting any kind of service we had to go up and ask for everything. Such as plates. Before they automatically brought salad plates, then fresh pizza plates, and would even bring fresh plates for the cake we bring, now they don't, . Spending OVER $320 dollars (including mandatory tip which is understandable for a large group), we would expect EXCELLENCE. You should not have a mandatory tip if we wound up doing half of your job for you. Please stop thinking that people are stupid and cutting corners on portions will help your profit margins. We used to come back again and again because the food and service was good regardless of price. There used to be integrity. We have decided collectively not to return as there are other places similar and their pizza is even better. Maybe we will try again in 6 months to see if there have been any improvements, after that I say forget it because at that point they don't care about customers feedback.

We have been loyal patrons for years! Everything is delicious. We do Friday night pizza night at our house and usually pick-up our food. Last night I tried the "Pear Pasta" new on the menu, it was a Gorgonzola cream sauce, with bacon and a beautiful little pasta filled with sweet pears, BEST PASTA DISH EVER!!! Reminded me of a cheese board with pears, prosciutto and blue cheese. Yummy!!!

We ordered takeout pizza, the Giorgio’s special, and a pasta dish sausage parmesan. Both were satisfyingly warm, cheesy, and tomatoey when we got them home.While waiting for our order, we drank Italian sodas. When I said I thought I should order mine to go, the server got a doubtful expression on her face and said their to go sodas are smaller and don’t have whip cream because of the size of their cups. I said ok I’ll take it for here! I thought my husband would get a draft beer but he liked the sound of a soda too. I ordered a banana cream soda, which I thought was amazing, and my husband a blueberry cream soda. Also very good! We had no trouble finishing them while waiting for our food to cook.Friendly and accommodating staff.

Dined in and the waiter gave us the lunch specials menu & we ordered from it. Only after the meal and looking at the bill we find out they charged us full price for the dishes and not the lunch special price. We asked why & they said the lunch special menu was given to us by mistake and didn't bother telling us until after the meal and hoped we wouldn't notice full price charges. Even though we were litterally pointing at the lunch menu as we were ordering the waiter didn't bother to say anything and decides to pull a scam like this. While the food was good & would have liked to come back to try some other dishes, just the scammy nature of the staff will make us never come again.

Ordered take out of 6 pizzas for 197.00.was told at pickup there was a 20% gratuity for the cooks.which came to 36.00.i wasn't told when ordering.i don't feel like you should be forced to pay the cooks for doing there job that there getting paid to do. Gratuity is a appreciation for a service.food was good but very unhappy and feel like I was taken advantage of. Will not be ordering from there anymore.will definitely be posting on boeing website and making all aware.

Came to pick up, saw they added $30 in forced gratuity, asked what is this charge and why was it NOT mentioned on the phone, was told it's their new policy to charge extra 20% if you order 5 or more pizzas! Basically I paid for 6 pizzas and got 5 instead. Make it make sense. Last time ordering pizzas here for the company, good job Giorgio, you played yourself.
