Piss poor customer service. My partner and I came in for an early dinner, and both ordered sandwiches that come with bacon. After getting our food and finding out there was no bacon on either burger, my partner complained to the staff. They told him at that time they're out of bacon. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! If you're out of an advertised menu item or ingredient, you need to put up a sign or tell your customers when they order. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS NONSENSE! FALSE ADVERTISING, BAIT AND SWITCH

Had a horrible experience with the… bigger, balding lady this morning. Genuinely not trying to be rude but, there’s only so many ways to explain someone without knowledge of their name.For starters, they were having EVERY car pull around I think to try and “beat the timer” for having fast service which is obviously a lie.Then, my strawberry Red Bull had so much flavoring it tasted gross. Coming from someone who goes to Jack In The Box religiously for these delish break my bank Red Bulls, SHE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER IF I WANTED IT REDONE…. I said, if I have to pay for another Red Bull because of your incompetence I will be reaching out to customer service very unhappily. She then took herself back in the store remade my drink, AND ASKED FOR THE GROSS ONE BACK, sis… have the nasty drink back, but also that level of pettiness could give you covid that I jussssst tested positive for 3 days ago! That pettiness could bring you and the people you work with, and future customers nasty stuff just because you wanted to be petty and take a drink back because I requested it remade and homegirl was not happy about it.

I can't say the service was good, nor the atmosphere because the food was so badly made. The best burger they have (meal #8) came with no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, and about a cup of mustard and catsup on it. Just plain catsup and so much mustard that I could not eat the meal. Fries were hard. Pop was good. Really horrible meal.Dietary restrictions: The burger did not seem safe to eat. Burger was horrible, both of them. Ultimate cheeseburger is bad bad bad. cup of mustard and catsup with nothing else, no tomato lettuce or pickle. Just lots and lots of oosing mustard. Mustard was the only thing you could taste.Parking: Lots of parking, no surprise there.

Horrible!!! Curly fries tasted like wood chips. And then we had to double back to get fresh fries and while we sat there and waited the disgusting manager wouldn’t even give a complimentary drink for our inconvenience!

work for Amazon as a helper. My driver came here to get food but I had my own lunch so I ate it inside. Worker kicked me out because I wasn’t eating jack in the box food. Really stupid lmfao was just eating on my break. Trash environment.
