Drove through and didn't stop. Missing/damaged signage, trash, and guy passed out on the side of the drive way made this location a hard pass.

If I could give it negative stars I would... drug addicts all around the place, and the people here are rude and completely incompetent. My gf had a visit from her monthly womanhood problems, and the wouldn't let her use the restroom to handle her business because they were cleaning. We explained the situation and they just gave us a blank stare and gave us the most unsympathetic spanglish nope possible. Then the food was cold and way over priced. The atmosphere here with country music made me want to beat my head against the wall.... I'd say I'll never come back but I need to buy my Crack from the guy behind here. ?

I live in this area and it doesn't have the best label due to homelessness and drug activity but I come to this Jack in the box almost daily and I've received more respect from the homeless out here than I have from these employees for example just today I was outside looking thru my bag and pockets trying to find my money so I could buy some food and I was rudely told to leave cuz I was "loitering" and then when i finally ordered a simple chicken sandwich with cheese and some fries at exactly 2:19pm i didn't get my food till 2:33pm. And the lobby was empty and the drive thru had like 2 cars come thru... I understand they may have to deal with alot here but they still need to be professional and not be stereotyping their customers. Specially considering the fact that they benefit from these homeless people by buying their boosted/stolen items every day so why enable their behavior but then be rude and judgemental towards them.

Your restaurant is filled with junkies and drug dealers. I was just there and actually went inside just to see what the hell was going on. Drug dealing is going on inside and out and a guy pulling out five tide pod containers on the counter asking the cashier how many they want. The cashier went back towards the managers office they talked and he waved his hand in front of his throat. That’s suspicious you have a very dirty business. I’m never going back there again.

Transient hangout, super uncomfortable and unattractive atmosphere.

Staff is kind of rude, especially if you ask for a cup for water to go with your order. They charge $3.59 for a cup for water which is the same price for a cup of Coke.

The number of homeless people, very CLEARLY on drugs, outside and all around the building, is disturbing. They block the entrances and hover close to vehicles when we're asked to park around the front and wait for our food.Parking: You can park there if you want to be harassed by high, homeless people in large mobs.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't let my kids near that place without me. It's unsafe.

20 plus people sitting around doing/ selling drugs, one dude shadow boxing in the drive through while I placed an mobile order sitting in a spot, one dude passed out with his leg hanging into the drive through to dodge, trash everywhere I don't even feel comrtable waiting on my order, the dumpster gate was hanging into the drive through and hard to dodge. It needs a security gaurd or anything to make the place not feel like drug city while trying to pick up mediocre food, atleast Wendy's across the street only has the laborers

Druggies laying outside store smoking fentynal or heroin right in full view. I don't feel safe waiting in the drive thru. I waited in front of the store for almost TEN minutes all so they could look like they are quick. I went in and asked what the hold up was as there was NO OTHER vars in line. They were like ok sorry for the wait...I went outside to wait and finally got my order 5 more minutes later. My egg roll was burnt too. Also rats in the back of store so gross. I will not be back to this location.

Edit: Jan 13 2024. My bf wanted Jack so I agreed. There was a hair in my burger. I have long blonde hair so it's definitely not mine. Also. The Sourdough Jack was not toasted at all.Do not go here! It is not safe, and there is a reason it's empty. The front door had about 15 homeless druggies and I saw more in the drive thru waiting for customers to accost. I turned around and went somewhere else. I'm absolutely shocked that the manager allows this to happen. I was alone in my car and did not feel safe to even drive through. Jack In The Box, do better with these reviews and make the changes. Commenting and telling us who we can further complain to is not helpful and puts us out further. These reviews should be all you need.
