Today I just got the worst sandwich from jimmy Johns I have ever got. It has two but end slices of tomatoes, a tiny bit of lettuce a smear a mayo no oil and the meat and cheese was so thin. It took 55min and was delivered by Uber. Another one bits the dust $22

Waited over 30 minutes and our sandwiches weren't even started on yet with our mobile order. Had to get a refund because they didn't even know when they could start. It also wasn't very busy. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.

This is THE SLOWEST JJ's. The manager is always behind, doing what should be morning prep work, during lunch rushes. Every order I watched took at least 5 minutes. For single inshopsandwiches. FREAKY SLOW.

Today was our 1st time and last time to the everett location. That store has no hustle. We waited 20 mins for our sandwiches and then they weren't even prepared the way we asked. The manager looking lady said sorry she'd new. But then why was there no one training her how to do the job. Never been to a jimmys that didn't have a 2nd or 3rd speed before. Disappointing.

I have no words for a messed up order and the replacement, ridiculous!!! Pay attention or seriously do something different, it was basic on your own menu. And bread should never be paper thin FYI !!!!!. You clearly do not like what your doing.

Shocked at how slow service was here! It took nearly an hour for my one Unwich. Granted it seemed like there were group orders ahead of me, but with three people working you'd think maybe 2 would work on the big orders while 1 took care of the singles. Employees were nice but clearly stressed.. all young kids that don't seem to manage themselves well. Maybe some training or a temp supervisor to help sort orders out would speed things up.
Staff were very friendly and the service was fast.

Worst delivery driver. Kicked my Amazon packages into my flower garden and ruined one of my daughter's items. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. And no one bothered to respond to my complaint. So I'll just order from anyone else than be treated like that.
