Pure & Simple Co.

Went here to hopefully grab a quick lunch for family and ourselves. We waited about 20-30 minutes for four sandwiches. Honestly, not very ideal but not the biggest problem with our trip here. From the second we walked into the location the atmosphere was just so extremely uncomfortable. The manager or lead or whoever, was just tearing into the other two employees working. She was upset because the closing crew hadn’t done the necessary things for the store to operate successfully the following day(today). Fair, totally understandable, I would be upset too. However, there is a time and place to discuss with employees the expectations and it is not when your store if full of customers waiting long amounts of time for food. We were so uncomfortable waiting.

I called to place an order for delivery because their app always gives me trouble paying online (they know about the payment problem on the app). She asked to place me on hold so I held… and held and held and held. By 15 mins of holding I decided to get in my car and go in. The last screenshot I took was at 19 mins but by the time I got there to order it was 25 mins. So I asked her if it was normal to hold this long on the phone and showed her that I was still on hold. She said “oh I totally forgot I put you on hold. What can I get you” at this point, I guess I looked upset and she said “I’m sorry it was a mistake. What can I get you?” Which I would have totally accepted, except for the way that She replied to me, was as if I was being an inconvenience to her. When I got there, there was one person in line and two people waiting. It wasn’t slow, but it certainly was not busy so she said dismissively, “Well, he’s the manager. You can talk to him” and didn’t even tell him what was going on just walked away. At which point I said to him, “I have been on hold for 25 minutes on the phone And I wish I would have gotten a better response about that.” He said “well nobody told me you were on hold for 25 minutes. I’m just finding out about that.” It was clear those two were not getting along and it was taken out on me. This is not how you treat regulars. I’m so disappointed in this interaction. As much as I love jimmy johns I can’t see me spending my very hard earned money here any longer. I always tip at least five dollars I’m a regular and this is what I get. SMH

Waited over an hour for an order that was never coming. Apparently they are subbing out deliveries and if you're paying with cash, they just let your order sit. I called and they boldfaced LIED and just blamed each other, and when confronted about lying, they just asked "anything else I can do for you?". They need new management and I will not return, nor recommend this location until they do.

Called in a catering box on 2/10 for pick up on 2/11 at 2:30. I was having about 10 people over to watch the super bowl. When I get there, they are closed!!! No lights on, no sign, just closed. So unprofessional!!!

I waited over a hour for my meal to arrive. I was nothing but paitent. I called over a hour later to get the status. They then said they did not have a driver?????????? What kind of delivery place doesnt have a driver first off. Second off what kind of customer service practice is it for u to allow people to wait and not give a courtesy call or maybe turn off the online ordering perhaps? Ridiculous. Poor customer service.

My family and I came in at 5:30pm. When my family and I went to sit in the back where the tall tables are while our food was being made, we were told by the employee who rang us up that they were closing soon and she just mopped. I asked when they close and she said 7pm. It became obvious that she cleaned early and didn't want us to sit were she cleaned in the back at the tables instead of the booths. I ended up getting our food to go after she made several comments and we went home to eat. We felt unwelcome and won't return next time we go the mall like we usually do.

Walked in at 2:30pm on a Thursday for a freaky fast sub to fuel my Christmas shopping. Store was empty save two employees sitting at the table in the front window and the ones behind the counter.I was surprised when the cashier told me they were going through a "shift change" and it'd be 10 mins before they could take my order.So I took my freaky fast business to Subway, and had a lovely toasted sub.

Ordered from Uber eats, took an hour and 45 minutes for them to update me on the delivery because they delivered to the wrong door, claimed the receipt said apt 303 when I'm in 301, went to 303 and looked at the receipt. Sure enough, it says 301.
