Very good but not mind-blowing. Small place with about 20 tables, half of which are booths. No sushi bar to sit at.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while working nearby at a new job. The nigiri lunch special was terrific as well as the super fresh ikura that I ordered. The wait staff is attentive also. I will definitely be back!

We moved to Everett about a year and a half ago. We've been looking, I'm betting this is now going to be our sushi restaurant. The food was delicious and you should give the innocent a try. It was wonderful and very refreshing. Thank you!

Food seems fresh and good quality. Very delicious. Service was ok…not friendly, but not rude either. Didn’t get our drinks for awhile, and didn’t get refills…the place is small, cramped and dark…

Family run, very efficient, delicious, and friendly. My wife is quite picky when it comes to sushi - Kai is our go to.

Delicious food - Crispy Alaska and Washington Sushi, Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp and Vegetable tempura, and Sunomono salad. (Definitely recommend Crispy Alaska sushi and Sunomono salad - which I don't see in my local restaurants). The food and service were outstanding. This is a small locally owned restaurant. There was plenty of free street parking. Just two of us for lunch. We tried a variety of dishes. Quick service, delicious food.Parking: This restaurant is located in an old downtown with plenty of free parking. There are many small businesses nearby.

Hands down my favorite sushi place I’ve ever tried. We frequently order takeout and they’re always kind and the food is consistent. My favorites are the croquettes, vegetable roll, veggie Vegas roll & tempura yam roll. Must try! They also are very reasonably priced. We recommend Kai to our friends!

Great place for sushi. Quiet atmosphere with fast service. My favorite sushi was Monkey Brain (delicious) with a glass of plum wine.

Cute place on Colby, clean, great service, but a little more expensive than average. Small bottle of sake was $25. Loved the tempura, miso soup, tuna and California rolls.
