I called half an hour before close multiple times with no answer. Drove there and was able to order. EXTREMELY IRRITATING that they do not pick up their phone. What kind of business practice is that?! After checking out I waited for a couple minutes inside (the store was empty) and was rudely asked to wait outside (I wouldn’t have minded had I been asked nicely, but I also wasn’t told when I checked out that’s where I needed to wait and they talked to me like I was just supposed to know that). Absolutely terrible customer service. Woman working the counter had AirPods in which seems unprofessional when you’re supposed to be talking to customers and ANSWERING THE PHONE. These kids clearly do not care about whoever’s business this is. When I finally got my order the crazy bread was over cooked with like nothing on it, extremely disappointing. Will not be returning to this store ever. Waste of my money, energy and time.

The pizza here is pretty good but I have to give them a one because they never answer the phone. Honestly I think the kids that work there have the phone turned off. otherwise I'd give them a four or five for the pizza.

One of my favorites from here is the crazy bread. Today, I was sooooo disappointed. It was flat and hard. Barely any cheese and butter topping. Pizza was decent though. But still saddened by the bread, especially being 37 weeks pregnant and thats all I wanted. ?

I was experiencing problems with the app to get an online portal pick up with a promo code and had absolutely no help inside and pretty much was kicked out. To figure out my problem outside of the store do to the Coronavirus safe distance in I think. There was no help inside from them so I needed to go outside until like finished with my complications.

Actually I only know about the $5 lunch special- 4 slices of thick Sicilian style pepperoni pizza and a 20oz bottled beverage. Good deal and they will only serve the pizza fresh.

No longer offering their amazing 5$ hot and ready deals. so a little disappointed but understandable. Still good pizza in a hurry or last minute child's party it gets the job done. Just make sure to call ahead and place an order as they are making fewer ready to go due to current events.

Got home with my pizza and first of all, it wasn't cut. it looked like they took a butter knife to it. My boyfriend had to cut it. Gave the kids a slice and then we realized it had no pizza sauce either. I called and they said they would give me my moneyback if I brought the pizza back in. I did. Then they proceeded to tell me that there is sauce on it and then they literally stood there and laughed in my face. I expect the owner of this place would assume that pizza comes with tomato sauce and is cut into slices. I also would assume that talking to and/or laughing at a customer is a fireable offense. 37TH AND BROADWAY EVERETT WASHINGTON

I called Little Caesars a dozen times no answer at 7:45 until 8:05. I drove to the location that I wanted to pick up my pizza and there is not one customer or one car in the parking lot and the two employees told me it's cuz they're so busy is why no one answered the phone with that many calls.my guess is it's Friday night and they didn't want to have to make any pizzas before they got off work at 8:30 when they close.after I got home I realized that they did not give me a stuffed crust pizza like I ordered .
