I'm sitting here waiting for my order, this guy walks in and is filthy. He walks straight back to the guy making pizzas. It is obviously his friend, they shook hands and the guy making the pizzas dipped his hand back into the food. Health department definitely needs to be called. I am canceling my order. DISGUSTING!

They have good pizzas. However, the line is always long and barely has any cashiers at all. And the layout of the store is so horrible that people might have to wait to be served.... all the way outside instead of being inside the store due to said reason. And the area is too ghetto so (obviously) i dont wanna wait outside.Because of this problem, 3/5.

Priced right didn't expect customer service from the children who were there but surprise it was there that were nice helpful and polite didn't see any tip jar or anything like it I wish there was 1 they deserved a good 1
The worst customer service ever. I called to place an order for pick up. They answered. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. He told me hang on one second. For the next minute, all I could hear is him talking to another person about something After that, he came back on the phone and asked me what I wanted. I told him I already gave him my order. He told me over the computer was down. So I asked him why did I give you my order the first time if the computer was down. He then got frustrated with me. I asked him what his name was, he replied by ask me well what’s your name. I asked him if he was the manager. He replied by saying no he is the lead. Long story short I gave him my order and hung up. At this point I’m frustrated so I called back and canceled. I will never be ordering from this place with unprofessional people working at this facility.

Was very busy but the workers there were quick and friendly. Only waited 5 min with maybe 10 people in front of me. I didn't catch his name but the tall black guy needs a raise or a promotion. Excellent customer service.

Google needs to make an option for 0 stars or just put this Little Caesars store front picture, or their logo, before the 5 stars, so people know that this food is garbage, alongside Domino's. You want real pizza, go to Chicago, or New York.
