Closed the dining room long before posted hours so I used the mobile app and selected curbside. 20 minutes later I still haven’t received it, so I have to go through the drive through. Of course the app doesn’t allow you to go back and change it so you can get your code for the drive through option (not the store’s fault, an app stupidity), when I get to the window, the cashier finds the ticket that had printed out earlier and everyone else was blatantly ignoring filling that order. The cashier had to go throw my order together because no one else would do it. The store was not understaffed, there was no reason to ignore orders. But the cashier just grabbed a burger, and didn’t see that I needed no pickle. You can’t just take a pickle off when you’re allergic or have highly sensitive taste buds, the juice soaks into the burger. So, lots of wasted time and money. Oh, and this particular burger is significantly more expensive at this location than the one just over a mile away by the mall. Just go to that other one instead, they actually get your order filled correctly (again, no shade to the poor cashier who was having to do everyone else’s job too because they just….weren’t).

They don’t mix the McFlurry! They just handled me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a table spoon of Oreo on top, when I asked why it wasn’t mixed, the guys said we don’t mix it and walked away! Rude staff!

Hands down the worst of the worst McDonald’s out there, the food quality for one is consistently worst, every single time I’ve gone through the drive thru I’ve had to park and wait for them to bring my order out for at least 5 minutes, the crowd that hangs in and around here is the definition of human garbage. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next McDonald’s. This place should legit be shut down.
I'm really pissed off at the workers in this location! They were rude, they wouldn't listen and while I was talking to her she just turned around and walked away as I was trying to call her back because they had us wait in a waiting spot, so they had to bring out food to us and when I told her the order wasn't right she just kept walking away! Never again will I go to this McDonald's and if you don't like rude behavior from your servers, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Super unfortunate how high the prices have gone. My bill was $22 for just food for myself at dinner time. This is not inky outrageous but a little offensive when I finally read my receipt. I hadn't e enough noticed how bad it has gotten until I heard a news report talking about thier high prices, sure enough I paid almost $5 for 6 chicken nuggets! Unacceptable.

I will never go back no recept handed every item done wrong or missing why would 2 people need 3 drinks on 2 meals and no fries or mac sauce they paid for for the meals onions don't go under a burger on the box it came in and you guys want 19$h I payed over 16$ everything done wrong
