i ordered a plate and some lady gave me one spoon of chow mien and one spoon of chicken and it was not enough and she gave no food my 10 bucks was not worth it

Trying to understand what’s up with the old Asian lady don’t know her name…but she constantly has a bad attitude that needs to be addressed by management it’s unacceptable for her to be throwing food and boxes around as if we ruined her day…she does it to multiple customers…

Absolutely terrible. The girl who took my order was very rude and the dude who rung me up was even more rude. I was trying to be as nice as I could and they were still rude. The dude who rung me up(I wish I knew his name so I could put him on blast) didn’t even tell me my total, took my money, and threw my bag toward me and didn’t reply when I said thank you. Very bad customer service. Someone needs some training. Oh, also the food was disgusting. My teriyaki was full of fat and my chow mein was cold and had lots of burnt pieces. Bleh!

I was at work yesterday and got craving for crappy "chinese" food. I ordered Panda Express with low expectations, but hey, close by and cheap. Oh my God never again. The chow mein, if you want to call it that, tasted like pure depression. The orange chicken tasted like dusty chicken nuggets. Never again.

The manager is RUDE! He asked what I wanted (I'm a mall employee, I order all the time so I know how to properly order) I say 2 entree plate with half fried rice and half chowmein. He says "WHAT RICE DO YOU WANT" I said "i said fried rice" and he says "we have two rices, I ask what kind" and I repeated "and I said fried rice" to which he continues to berate me about them having two different kinds of rice. I said forget it and walked away! I'll be damned if I spend my hard earned money for someone to be flat out RUDE to me! They were out of everything anyways! I would have spent half of my lunch break waiting on them to make new dishes.

Located in the Everett Mall. Great food and friendly service. I love their bowl of Kung Pao Chicken with Chowmein, because it’s spicy. Very consistent quality, great taste, and well-priced. If you are looking for something spicy in the mall, this probably is your only option. The outlet has other great options/items as well, if you prefer non-spicy food. The food here is always fresh, and I often see many people lined up here. The line moves fast, and it’s always a great experience to sit in the food-court area and have their delicious food. Highly recommended. ?
