I placed an order tonight and it was supposed to be ready at 6:43. I understand the place was busy, but I waited until after 7 to get my order. I got home and the 4 piece apple pie rolls were not in the bag.I work 12 hours shifts and by the time I ate dinner my husband said just lose the $7.00.So, that doesn't make me happy.The first time I ordered from here there were 2 managers there and they were wonderful. Ever since, it's been hit and miss if my orders have been correct. I'm going to have to figure out it this is worth it!

This meal cost $14 before tax. As a medium size and they filled it a little over half. Normally I don't complain when stuff like this happens but for how expensive it is and how little you get with it. I want that box coming apart because it's so full.

We visited this location for the first time and it was good. The items were fresh and the staff were friendly. I'll come back again.
Went in during dinner rush. Fully staffed. Fresh food. Got chow mien and orange chicken. All fresh. Sprite in a glass bottle. Great service, very little wait time. Staff was hustling to complete orders, very impressive. Very clean dining area, no rift raft given the area. Manager’s name was Jasmine. Good job Jasmine and team.Vegetarian options: Noodles, RiceParking: Plenty of parking Infront of store given it’s shared lot with the former WalmartKid-friendliness: Toys, kids boxes, kid friendly foodWheelchair accessibility: Flat surface with wheelchair accessible tables
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I came here the other day around 11:00-11:30, you’d think by that time they’d have all of their food prepared! Well I was wrong. I ordered sweet fire chicken and nobody told me it wasn’t made yet and would take 20 minutes! Next time if the food isn’t ready tell the customer and allow them to get something else in the event they don’t want to wait that long. We kept being told it would only be 1 more minute. After 15 minutes my husband tried asking what the deal was and he was completely ignored! Finally my husband demanded that someone tell us what’s going on, and wanted our money back for the long wait and terrible service…but the “manager” couldn’t even give us a refund after we had been there for close to 30 minutes. She acted like she didn’t know how to use the register, and kept offering to give us more food in her extremely broken English that we could hardly understand. At that point we didn’t want any of it, they left our food sitting there to get cold and took 20+ mins to make the sweet fire chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location! Manager should be fired!
