The worst pizza I ever got from any pizza place. I ordered 1 pepperonarluc crust with chicken, 1jalepeno papa bites 1 Garden fresh and 1 pepperoni pizza. It was of course waste of money but also extremely disappointed. Family was very hungry and got the WORST pizza ever.Soggy no taste. . Shame on Papa John team !!

First time I’ve ordered at this location and I am very surprised at how good the service was! There was a young gentleman making the food around 9:45pm, and he was awesome! Took my annoyingly complicated order with a smile and then, wonder of wonders, brought it out to my car, even though he didn’t have to! I am never treated this well in Everett. We usually gotta go to Mukilteo or Mill Creek to get good friendly service like that! ?I haven’t eaten at Papa John’s in years but the food was also far more delicious than I expected or remembered. And inexpensive! Why have I been eating so much Dominos? Nothing about my delicious gooey hot doughy meal was mediocre, and the great service from the friendly and fastidious associate who was on his A game made it all the better. Will definitely patronize this location in the near future.

For your own sanity, DO NOT UBER EATS FROM HERE!!!The past 3 times my partner and I have tried, we have waited over an hour for the status to change from “preparing your order” to “waiting for pickup”, to the point where Uber would cancel our order and refund us. On our last attempt, we ended up going to pick it up in person, and the employee said that the food had been ready for 30 minutes and no one had come in for the order. On our side, however, it said it was still being prepared/was not ready for pick up, and never said we picked it up, even long after we had grabbed it.The pizza and wings are fantastic, I just wish they knew how to deal with Uber Eats orders.

Placed online order thought I ordered Buffalo wings, I did not called to see if they could add it was told it was too late so now have to pay a delivery fee. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! Got the next order of Buffalo wings and garlic knots, the knots had NO AND I MEAN NO GARLIC BUTTER ON THEM!

Rude, aggressive and sometimes criminal activity from staff, GM and district manager. I'm currently working with Papa John's HR and submitting many sources of evidence so they can clean house at this location. Without details I'll just say any decent person would be disgusted by the workers and management here.
Got the Shaq promotion XL pizza, paid extra for black olives and onion.They did not include black olives or onions....$30 for a pizza and 2l orange crush is pretty steep to not ensure it is made correctly. And a $20 tip, I should have checked the pizza first, but he just read the label.Or someone else got the pizza I ordered.They did send the ranch, peppers, plates, and napkins. Put of powdered cheese.The label says what I ordered. No time to call and have it fixed, we just flew in and were already hungry.

We have ordered takeout/delivery from this location a number of times and I always order sauce and they NEVER, EVER include it! And not only that, but when I called we were told that we would get a refund for the sauces we PAID for and didn't get, and guess what, they still haven't given us a refund! Terrible service, will switch to Dominos from now on.

I accepted an order to pick up and deliver an order for Uber Eats. I walked into the store and walked up to the counter. The young man at the counter completely ignored me. He was on his phone but it sounded like he was taking an order. So I sat down on a bench.When he was done on the phone, I walked up to the counter again and he continued to ignore me. I saw that they had 2 orders on their screen.I walked toward the drinks refrigerator and noticed that a pizza was just sitting on a shelf. So I waited some more. Then a guy walked in and got his attention and was given his order right away.So I stood up and told him that I was waiting for an order as well. He went to the pizza that was on the shelf and handed it to me. I asked him if I should grab the soda from the fridge and he ignored me.I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman but that was the worst service I've ever had. That's not how customer service works! I'll be calling the manager in the morning to complain.
