We've been coming to this location for 4yrs and the quality is very up and down. Just ordered 2 large pizzas and showed up 30min later. Only 1 pizza was ready, but all toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza, and crust was a ragged mess. The total was going to be ~$50 w/o tip. Also, there seems to almost never be a quality control presence and rarely a manager on shift. It's a free for all. Yeah, no. A family member worked at PM for almost a decade, and the quality has certainly dropped since I was younger. I'm going to the south end location from now on.

Great work ethicOrdered a pizza on New Year’s Eve and the staffing was just one person as 4 people called out but he handled everything with understanding and care !Top tier employee Malik!!!
The last few times we have ordered from here they have forgot to make the order. We come back after 15 min and have to wait another 15 min. Im not sure why this location is like this but I think it is time to look elsewhere.

This is by far the worst papa murphy's I've been to! I had an issue with my order last time and accidently ordered from this horrible location again. I've now visited this location 3x. out of 3x they have messed up twice! Again my order is incorrect! This location has children only, every time I've gone in. It's like an unsupervised daycare! This store is dirty compared to others, ingredients all over the place, the children use profanity in front of customers and you can tell by their attitudes is the last place any of them want to be! I will NEVER give my business to this location again! I highly recommend the Mukilteo location, it's so much better! They actually make what you order? who ever would of thought?!!Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take my children in here unless you want them to learn every curse word under the sun!NO NOT A KID FRIENDLY LOCATION

Ordered food online to be delivered to my house. Food came really quickly which was appreciated but it was the wrong pizza. I called the store they told me to bring it in and I told them I would love to but I had it delivered because I didn't have a car at the time. I was told there's nothing they can do about it then. I told them you know I did receive a pizza just not the right one so let's split the bill and call it good I was told no and that a manager would call me first thing tomorrow morning. Fast forward to the next day 7pm rolls around I call back same story sorry nothing we can do about it but a manager will call u first thing in the morning. I was not happy about it and so the worker called there manager and talked to them and the employee calls me back and ensured me the manager will call me in the morning 11am. Fast forward another day goes by no phone call so I call back and same story manager will call you back tomorrow. Needless to say I'm still waiting point if the story terrible service, over charged me and wouldn't never order from this location again.
Pizza quality 0,I’m expecting to get a pizza not couple veggies and couple chicken on top plus one side didn’t have nothing,if you make a pizza make the same on both sides or don’t work there

ZERO STARS First off when I called in my order the girl who answered was short and rude to me because I couldn't hear her it was very loud where she was . Then I gave my order and asked for a total and instead of actually doing her job she said she didn't know. My daughter gets there to pick up the food and they have no white sauce for one of our pizzas and forgot to add the soda I ordered on the phone . Now this morning I woke up to go to work and not only myself but everyone in my house is fighting for the bathroom we all got food poisoning. I have called several times to the store with no answer and the message inbox is full .

Came to this store at 7:45, this is the second time we’ve been here around this time and have had the store already shut down or in the process of being shut down, with no ability to make a pizza because everything is put away. If your store hours are 11AM-8PM I don’t understand how you’re closed early regularly enough for this to be our second time having this experience.

After calling 4 times and getting no answer, I decided to drive down to order. The girl behind the register was absolutely clueless about anything. Didn't know what the special was, even though it was posted on the large window out front, didn't know what to give .e back in change, gave me the wrong change back and was also rude. It was totally ridiculous and completely disrespectful. I won't be back and neither will my family. Minus 5 stars.
