So I went on Thursday February 22 2024. And Charlotte made me a papa all meat and chicken salad. and she did a wonderful job on my salad and she did a wonderful job on making my pizza. She has wonderful customer service, and I adore coming in when she’s working because she’s so nice. Thank you Charlotte. I went to Papa Murphy’s Store 188.. I was trying to do a survey, but I couldn’t find where it is

Last two visits were not good at all. Two visits ago, there was a bunch of arguing and threats going on between an employee and two females that were not. Both sides refused to stop and it continues for a good 20 minutes. The gentleman working was the only one who had any manners at all but the female worker involved ignored him and continued to antagonize and be antagonized . Took 45+ minutes to get my pizza. The manager apparently was in back the whole time. Only came out to leave and exchange words with the non employees. Never offered an apologie or anything to me as a customer.The last visit was terrible. I waited 25 minutes when only one person ahead of me. Two others came in after and got theirs before I did. When I was clearly agitated and questioned about my order the gal was rude and made my order.. WRONG. I told her it was a Papa's perfect, large with light white sauce. She made a cowboy or supreme and argued that that's what a Papas Perfect is until another customer told her that's the pizza he ordered and he didn't order a Papas Perfect. She she laughed wrapped it and gave it to him and didn't even say a sorry to me. Just proceeded to attempt to make my pizza. However, she did it wrong AGAIN. . Clearly I was not going to take her mistake. She mad another customers pizza ahead of mine before I got mine again. This was a 30-45 minute ordeal. Never an apology, just made me feel very mad that mo sorry, no offer of of a free drink or anything. Just practically pushed out the door with my pizza after 45 minutes of her mistakes and $25+ out of my pocket again. Will not go back again. Same manager in duty the second time also.

This store has a drive through with a hellish bell that notifies when a car is there. Normally I wait in my car and will again in the future because my life was shortened each time that bell went off. I fear for the employees lives.
