This place was a pleasant surprise. I was traveling through town and picked a random bakery & I am so happy I landed here. Everything is fresh and the coffee is super good!

We were in Everett and my son says this is the place to get great piroshki. It's a small cafe with some tables to enjoy the food and drink and a case chock full of delicious looking pastries and sweet or savory piroshki. It was hard to choose but I ended up getting the potato and mushroom and my son's usual apple cinnamon with cream cheese. They asked us if wanted it warmed up and it came out nice and hot. The bread was so soft and the filling was tasty. It was a decent size too. I didn't get to sample the apple cinnamon cream cheese one because my grandson devoured it. It was soft and smelled yummy. There's also coffees and teas

The food is always good. Try something new every time. The potato piroshky and the ham and cheese are the go to's. Last time we tried the crepes. The savory and the sweet are both good. We have never had a bad item from them.

This place isn't just overpriced... It's WAY overpriced. My sweet cheese crepe was good and it arrived at my table in a timely manner. But 16 dollars? Seriously? The table service does not exist. You have to fill up your own glass of water from a cooler. They don't even have ice. And then they expect you to bus your own dirty dishes to a pile of dirty dishes next to the front door. I looked at their website and yes the place has a cozy feel but they are charging so much money that I don't understand how they stay in business. I wish things could be different... It makes me sad.

First time in, on a late Sunday morning, and it was busy! We were able to order within a couple minutes and thankfully in that time a couple cleared out of the bar seating, otherwise we would have had to eat in our car. The ambiance was casual but lively, and they could definitely use more seating. The pastry portion of the piroshkys were delicate and delicious but the filling of both were a bit bland (a little salt would have gone a long way), and both lattes had a very mild vanilla flavor (almost nonexistent). I definitely plan on going back to try more of the menu, just maybe in a weekday when it's a bit less crowded.

Visited first time today.Food was delicious. A bit pricey, but still delicious.Wife and I split Italian Sausage, Potato, & Cheese Piroshkys and a cabbage and bacon Piroshkys and a borsch(t) soup. My only complaint about this is that it is bit bland, but most European food, along with both east and esp. the west coast of America seems to be very bland in food. Still very good.We also had Napoleon and a European Waffle cone. Very delicious.2 boys had crepes which we tasted. Also delicious.Service at counter was slow. When we first walked in, we waited almost 5 minutes before being served. Still, with that said, the ppl there were friendly and delightful to talk to.Talked to the owner (Marina) about the coffee cups there. I mentioned about the fact that SOOO many of the small business owners here have signing pushing small business, while they in turn are bring cheap, low quality stuff from China, but with high price tags. Not Marina. She had cups that were either American or Canadian made. Said she had a few at home, that still looked new after 2-3 years of heavy use. Said dishwasher cleaned. The mugs were a bit expensive, but not out of line for high quality items esp if locally made.Pricey place. Will not be going on a daily/weekly basis, but we will likely go there about 1-2/month. I really liked the place and ppl. Just need to find a way to add spice ( Chinese hot mustard? Seracha sauce? need to bring my own ) to nearly all Washington state food.
