Horrible service here go to Papa JohnI called in for carryout, he took 1/2 my order then put me on hold for 15 mins, I had to call back twice to reach him again just so he could tell me he doesn't remember me and by the way we don't have wings.2nd time I had issues w this Hut, I'm done with it.

I order a medium pizza and a order of cinnabon and it took over 25mins to get my order. Ane after I waited for that long my pizza was made wrong. I ask half pepperoni and the other half with ham and pineapple and I got a regular pepperoni pizza. I noticed after I got home and I called but they didn't answer , I called the day after and still no answer. It was a bad experience.

Cannot stress enough that they do not EVER answer their phone!!!!! Been calling multiple times. Have to hang up and call again and they STILL don’t answer!! They’ve messed up my order twice. I got ahold of someone last time they said they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t in. Today I’ve called 3 times on hold 15-20 min each time and still no dang answer!!!!’ Horrible.

The young lady walked up to the counter, looked right passed me as I stood at the register and said " Can I help you" to the person behind me. The gentleman behind me said "she's next." That customer let me go ahead of him and he stepped to the side. That's how I ended up in front of the register. I didn't cut in line, maybe she thought did. Rude young lady. She wasn't even nice or apologetic afterwards. I accidentally placed a phone order from this location and went to your everett mall way location to pick it up and they informed me I may have had the wrong location. BUT, upon entry at that location, I was greeted, I was told they would be right with me. Just very friendly and helpful. The total opposite happened at this location.
