I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni lovers pizza with xtra cheese. I got a well done pizza that was burnt on top and had very little cheese. What cheese there was, was burnt. Grandkids were hungry so they ate some. The black spots on the pizza was burnt cheese.

Please be very careful when ordering through this store. They have now lost our order twice. The first time i replaced the order and waited. I didn’t realize that i paid for it twice. This time i said no thank you and left. It seems very suspicious that they take an order and the payment, then do not provide the order but want you to order again, while they charge you again? No thank you. And I have no time (thus eating take out pizza) to go through a corporate complaint process. I hopped on my credit card app and disputed the charge.UPDATE. To pizza Hut, no thank you. Your store’s hinky games has already cost me more than money…. TIME you have all this information via your customer service line because I called just before this review was posted. The onerous is on you to clean up this store because this has happened twice now. This post is a PSA for other customers. I have deleted the app and will move to another pizza place. The reward points are NOT worth the hassle and scam of charging twice for a meal. I have care giving responsibilities after my full time job and ended up with no dinner that night because these games cost me time and I am not giving your company any more.

Ok, I'm old and a little strange, but I'm so excited I found an actual sit down and eat your pizza Pizza Hut. This is nostalgia for me. Other people think there's better pizza, but for me this is the best.

Not going to do delivery anymore because this pickup order went perfectly. I was able to be standing at the counter when the pizza came out of the machine and watch them cut and package it. The pizza was perfect and the garlic cheesebread was amazing. I had enough points for some free breadsticks which because I got them fresh weren't dried out like they often come with delivery. Three stars on the Atmosphere because I'm sad the old Pizza Hut with the salad bar and a video game are done.

Excellent service! A woman by the name of Taylonia (forgive me for the spelling) did a GREAT job with her service and the Pizza ? was superb. I will definitely be going here in the future. Good Job Pizza hut ?
This pizza hut defiantly needs a serious remodel. The lights are old and dim and it has a funky smell, old dusty, ditry. The staff are very nice and do there job well. My pizza is always ready. I wish they would remodel so we can dine in.Pizza hut please put this location on your remodel list.

worst service I've ever received tonight, had an order for a 2 topping pizza and they just could not get it right for the life of them. how many times can you read the receipt and still mess it up? also when I called and politely asked them to remake it they hung up on me!

Pizza hut on airport road in south Everett! Went to dine in, was told to order, pay at the register, and fine a seat! (No hostess) ( no service for dine in customers)Ordered pizza and (after looking for a beer list, found only a sign for Bud Light) then asked if that's all they had was Bud Light? Was told they have no Bud Light but they have Coors Light! Ordered 2 beers, and was told that she would bring out the drinks soon! Sat down and waited, table still had crumbs on it, had not been wiped, the table rocked more than a pirate ship, booth was so wide, you would have to sit on the edge of your seat to reach the table! After 20 minutes waiting for the beer was told we don't have any beer after paying for it, had to have the money returned to debit card! There was garbage all over the floor in front of the cash register area! Employee's were loud in the back while trying eat our meal! Will never spend a dime there again!
