Popeyes has fresh food not very tasty though, also their chicken is small and the spicy isn't very spicy. It's okay, but not worth the money. I would pay less money for other places (Not going to mention here) that is spicier, fresh, tastier and really wirth every pennyNote: Coleslaw is not great at all! Not creamy

Any day here and the service is hella slow. It’s like slug slow. The employees need to pick up the pace. The worst service I’ve experienced at a Popeyes.

They take a long time to take your order and to deliver it to you much longer, the employees do not listen when taking your order because they carry their headphones, and if that were the case, they do not give you complete orders, I had to see that a customer was missing some hamburgers and my order is missing some potatoes.

I went in to try the new wings. When I got there Dangelo informed me they were all out of hot sauce honey AND FRIESS. I still proceeded to place my iD while using my coupon on the app. He told me it would be 7 mins for sweet and spicy wings. I said okay and sat down. I wait about 10 mins while Dangelo went tonthe back to ask the cook did ge drop the wings yet. He said no. Dangelo (the cashier) had to go to the back to drop the wings himself because the old baldheaded blk guy wasn't doing his job. I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund ..this store is poorly managed and we're out of a lot of things. The Chicken looked cold and hard. Mind you I had already used my coupon in the app so that was a waste due to me having to get a refund

This place is very short staffed and the order needs to wait for 10+ minutes (definitely not fast food), and I have to skip this long wait and then find out staff are rest outside.I am feeling that Popeyes is going to shutdown.

I’ve come in a few times in the last couple months and walk out every time. The first time my wife and I ordered but they didnt have several things on the menu but we ordered some food any, after a very long wait and wanting some desert to go with it and they didn’t have we were offered a refund rather rudely as well, this time I walked in by myself with one person in front of me I waited almost 5 minutes and didn’t even get greeted, the place was a mess, counters were dirty, tables were not very clean, and they had bags of Uber eats and door dash lined up in rows, so I just left again. I don’t know who owns this restaurant or who manages this place, but it is the worst fast food I’ve seen in means of team work and leadership. It really makes me mad because I love the food at Popeyes, but this place is a disaster.

The boy who took the order didn't listen through the headphones he was wearing. They gave me an incomplete meal and a couple like this one too. ?

Kaleb saved the day. I ordered spicy strips online and the order went through. When I went to pick up 10 minutes later, Kaleb apologized and let me know that they ran out. Instead, he offered to give me extra spicy sauce and extra chicken nuggets to make up for the mishap. I would encourage corporate to fix the ordering system to recognize what inventory runs out and to not let the order be placed in order not to disappoint customers. In the meantime, promote Kaleb for problem solving and excellent customer service!

I was on my lunch break the other day, and I ordered from the app. Immediately after I placed my order, I noticed I ordered from the wrong location. I called this location to explain what I'd done, and the guy who answered the phone made my day. He said he'd call the correct location and tell them my order so I could pick it up there. I was amazed at the great customer service. I just thought I'd be out the money and would have to place the order again. Totally made my day!
