I was appauked at this place I will let everyone know. My mother and I just went in there to get sandwiches ? they would not honor any coupons that were all over Google ??? The employee said " no we don't take them " and I believe the owner was 8 ft from us when this occured ?? I am a business owner myself and customers always come first no matter what. Than I noticed my six inch sandwich was $10 ? I went back in to let them know they charged me for a foot long she said nope sorry that's the price sol buddy this was a horrible experience we will never return and I will be sure to pass the word. If the owner would like to make this right they can contact me

BEWARE: This subway stole my money and refused to give it back. I ordered directly through the subway app, they could not fulfill the items in my order and refused a refund, refused to provide another menu item for that value and told me I had to contact subway for that. The only possible way to “contact subway” after searching through every possible option, was to submit an online form, to which subway responded that the refund must come from the franchise owner. The owner refuses to refund me or even provide another menu item for that value, so they are comfortable stealing peoples money knowing there is no way for them to get it back.

I came in Saturday 27th 2024 around 7 pm and the guy who was making sandwiches was rude I have a 1 year old and obviously he wants to eat so he grabbed chips that I payed and he just told us to not munch if we haven’t order yet. If you work pls at least be nice.

Don't come here at night, food worker wasted 30 minutes of my time, talking instead of making my food, burnt both my subs, left them on the sink proceeded to help another customer that came after me then tossed my food away, stay away from this location and worker

Do not eat at this location! Sandwich artist had an attitude, she noticed we had a coupon and never warned us that they DONT TAKE COUPONS! Until it was time to pay. I even told them you should have a sign about your policy of not accepting coupons! All they said is that they are not allowed to do it! . Of course they would say that! Perfect excuse to scam people! They charged me 42 dollars for 3 sandwiches no drinks or chips, just the sandwiches! Never going back!

The worker with the HELLO KITTY TATTOO is very STINGY with putting the ingredients onto my sandwich and she placed a large amount of lettuce. For example, my sandwich has 4 pickles on it for a foot long.

Juli has terrible customer service. She yells at everyone the second they walk in "pick up?". She closes the store early even with the hours posted on the door. Complains about having to "do sauces" and being "in the middle of making tuna" while sighing about having to take orders. Came in an hour before close and she is trying to get people to leave so she can get out of there early.

I went in just now and I was ignored she asked me what I wanted started making my sandwich and left it just there took the order from the lady behind me and just left mine there still unfinished didn't even bother to look at me or ask me anything else. one star bc the sandwich maker was trying his best. Rude manager, and bad owner. changed policy - wont accept coupons at all, doesn't participate in national deal specials. No signage posted about any of this, manager has poor customer service and bad attitude. TOTAL RIPOFF. Terrible customer service. Used to be a go-to for us. Wont go back. Tell your friends. find a diff location. Dont spend your money here
