The meat in the teriyaki loaf, was so small even though I asked for extra and the sauce, was just not it, even the bread was hard as a rock .

I get the supreme meats with turkey instead of ham. The women who works the lunch shift here is thebonly place thag charges me extra for turkey. I am not getting extra meet. It's a substitute and she charges more. Horrible experience won't go back to this subway ever!!

Have ordered a few times from this location and have yet to get an order 100% correct despite filling out the online form myself. Tonight's order was the worst...it's like they mix them up for fun. Two out of five subs inedible and of course when you call everyone blames it on the other guy with no resolution. So, done giving a second chance, lesson learned....order from anywhere but here!

Just ordered in there app for my kids and went to pick it up I asked super nice can you please please remake these as there wrong said no was hella rude and called the owner and instead of just remaking the food give me my money back like why horrible customer service manger of a restaurant do better it was a simple mistake it’s sad really

Garbage ! Glad I didn't leave a tip ! Subway and this one in particular has gone downhill ,since covid ! Small stale bread Philly sub was trash,meat was all gristle ! Everything in this marxist run liberal state is expensive and garbage !

Service was very quick and very friendly staff. My multigrain foot long tasted really nice . This place was very clean and remodeled recently . Prices are reasonable. Convenient parking right outside . This location is open late until 11pm

Employee was very rude and in a rush to close the store early. Made us order online for some reason and told us to get out of their store while ordering. I wish I could be rude to customers and just close whenever I feel like it at my job but that's not what makes America go round....
The woman working there this morning was rude. I asked if they were open, she said"You see how the door is open....you see how the open light is on...? It means we're open."Stupid question maybe, but obviously the employee here has no customer service experience. A simple "yes" would have sufficed.

There's was literally half the meat and topping as other surrounding restaurants...worse location in everett so far. Ide rather get it from Walmart location or Broadway.

I ordered online,they messed up a couple of sandwiches...I called to speak to manager she said no problem whenever I come in they would reduce the 2...I call no answer my husband goes in they tell him to come back... it is inconvenient for my order to be wrong extra for me to have to keep coming back...
