I do Uber Eats so I was wondering what guy thinks. Hes so cool that he parks his black civic in the only closest spot to the restaurant. Flocking all the parking for customers. I could understand if it was a handicap, but trust me. A civic isn't that cool??????? Yeah, and maybe you're employed. Should speed up. Because they ain't worth what they're getting paid an hour that's for sure.. Sit in their waiting for an uber eats order for fifteen minutes is ridiculous..

Drive through lady couldn’t understand my order and it took way too long to get through me and my 3 friends. We go to this drive through a lot and don’t usually experience problems like this. To top it off, my crunchwrap came not fully sealed in the tortilla, soggy, with barley any fillings. It was disappointing for me to see as I was looking forward to eating. Crunchy tacos came broken as well.

Couldn't find my $$ as I got to pull out but he got order going anyway ? came around 2nd time it was ready. My reason for 4☆ is they now offer extra meat on order which is good for my son but when you see what the amt is it's no more than they put in it a year back. So your not getting any extra they just made what you get w out the extra alot smaller.

Ordered via the app. Arrived 14 minutes later and was told my order had just been picked up. (Not by me!) I said.... "Oookay?" And she didn't really say much, just that they made it and it had already been picked up. I asked her to remake it and she said "it's gonna take awhile, we are really busy."I asked for the manager to which she replied, "she's kinda busy."Okay, so... *my* order doesn't matter? Manager came to the counter and said "yeah?"I tried explaining the situation and she said she'd remake the order. I tried to explain how unprofessional the first young lady I encountered was, but she didn't really care. I asked if there were cameras and she said yes. Perhaps the pickup table should be removed away from directly in front of the door where people can stick their arms in and steal food?

Even when the food is fresh it's sometimes cold. Makes no sense. It's one of the better taco bells in the area otherwise.
Thank you for the times where your cheesy roll up was actually cheesy and melted… those get me through some emotional times… the pile of onions that were all plopped on the end of my bean burrito puts me back in a dark place tho :/

I come here 2 times a month and every time I go it always has problems, 3 different times they forgot some food that I ordered and a drink, their food was burnt, once it was even expired! It’s like the staff and manager are careless there no quality control 100% of the time they just throw it in the bag and make a mess I’m really disappointed and if there was a Taco Bell near this one I would 100% go there instead

They're pretty fast and respectful. I had 4 doordash orders I needed to deliver from this Taco Bell in a row and all of them were instantly finished by the time I went to the last window. They're doing very good compared to many miserable fast food chains in other parts of the urban washington areas.

My favorite Taco Bell Location, not stingy with the fixings and the Manager Jason has been the more then a decade. He is very professional and accommodating. Although some items have been forgotten in the drive thru which is understandable with all the hustle and busel during rushes, Jason has no problem meeting your needs in this type of situation.
