I have been eating here since it was Than Brothers, now called Le's Pho. Not much has changed with the great, fast service or the looks of the interior restaurant.. but I am always a to-go order now anyways.The broth is always flavorful and the soup additions are always fresh (thai basil, jalapeño, lime, bean sprouts). I order the veggie, which comes with tofu and mushrooms, broccoli and carrots, onions and cilantro. The small is plenty generous in portion and the price is beyond fair.My only disappointment is the spring rolls. They atlre one of my favorite fresh foods and unfortunately, these were very basic and underwhelming. I order without the pork... but it contains noodle, shrimp and lettuce. That's it. No carrot, cucumber, nothing. Every other restaurant I've ordered from (and persobal choice when we make them at home), there is always more crunch, variety and flavor. The shrimp had a rubbery texture and the peanut sauce was very runny. I gave it another go on a different day and again was equally disappointed.Vegetarian options: I occasionally eat seafood and love that I am able to order the shrimp spring rolls with no pork. No hassle from the staff about it!

I haven't been in since their name change and remodel, I've been missing out. Service is solid 5 stars, so gracious and welcoming, they were very patient with trying to understand my pronunciations of their language, not condescending in any way. The remodel is really nice, the floors and wall decor are clean and non-fussy, they still have the koi tank at the door. I ordered a medium pho tai chin nam, fatty broth and iced Vietnamese coffee. Generous portions of meat, and noodles, their chili oil is amazing (I meant to ask if it's housemade, next time I'll be sure to do that). The broth seemed to be missing a little sumfin sumfin, but I'll most definitely revisit, it might have just been me or a one-off.

It was okay. The meat was a little bit bland. Maybe it's cheap meat. Maybe it's overcooked. I don't know. It was okay. Not great. I was surprised by how spacious the restaurant was though.

If you're looking for great broth and great portions this is the place to come to! I am a regular and I almost always get a to-go order. Their large size is well worth the price of $15 plus tax. At first I thought that was a little much but I always have plenty to share with my kids. This is the first Pho place that I've been to that I feel I'm getting my moneys worth with a to-go order. Owners are amazing and always kind. Great place!!

Best pho i’ve ever had. One tiny detail i noticed though was the abundance of koi fish, especially the one that seems like it had gone to The Biggest L**** twice and ended up winning, it was so big it might as well had its own gravitational pull seeing as the other koi fish revolve around it like a pluto or mars to the sun.
