Great bar in downtown! High class feel. Wonderful staff. I would say more hidden gem than speak easy, but truly amazing cocktails and the food was good too. Bring your lactaid, not many diary free options if you plan to get snacks/dinner. It's a pleasantly small space with good atmosphere and they were still able to accommodate a party of 2 at 5:30 on a Saturday night. The cook was out sick, but the bar back was working the kitchen like an absolute BOSS and we did not even notice a change in flow of drinks/food. Would recommend!Vegetarian options: Not many except olives and hummus, maybe cheese flat bread?Dietary restrictions: Very few dairy free or vegan options. No entrées that didn't have dairy or meat.

This is a little hidden gem on Colby Ave.Only been open for several months now.We came here after our dinner for dessert and drinks.Mattie our server was friendly and attentive. What we ordered:1.) Pretzel and cheese dip $9.00 The pretzel was not heavy like most places it was on the light side and boded well with the cheese dip.2.) Brownie $10.00 The brownie was slightly crisp on the outside and warm and moist on the inside. Yummy3.) Woodford Reserve neat $12.00 what can I say always a safe choice for Bourbon ?4.) “Revival” Martini our friend said it was good.5.) Virgin Hot Cocoa $3.00 I like it6.) Aviation Cocktail $14.00 my friend liked it7.) Widow Jane Apple neat $13.00 my hubby said once was enough. This place was cute quaint a must try!

Came to this place for a Sunday happy hour. We were impressed by the bar. Well designed, and the service is great. They concentrate on serving mix drinks and cocktails. There is wine and beer. However, just a few choices. It is more on liquor drinks. They serve appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I had a cocktail called "Sidecar"it was delicious. We enjoyed others' drinks as well. I recommend this place. We will come by again.

Small, intimate bar with quality drinks. Food was decent and well priced. A little surprised by price of a basic Martini, more than my friends Moscow Mule.Vegetarian options: Hummus with a generous portion of veggies.
Before I write my full review, I want to make it clear that my comments are not related to the food/drinks, or ambiance. The Colby Club is a cherished spot of mine, truly a hidden gem. My visits here are always wonderful, marked by great food and drinks, and the staff is generally outstanding. It's a place I frequently enjoy visiting with friends and family. On this occasion, I was there on a first date with someone new. As always, the food and drinks were great, and my date took care of paying. However, as we were leaving our server followed us outside to confront us about the tip she considered insufficient, which I found quite awkward.I feel it's important to mention again that this was a first date, and the person was someone I had just met. I am truly sorry about the unsatisfactory tip. Personally, I am a firm believer in tipping generously, 15-20% or more, regardless if it’s a restaurant, bar, coffee stand, etc. But since this was a first date with a person I was unfamiliar with, I didn't see the bill or the tip amount. While I apologize for the inadequate tip left by my date, I strongly believe it was inappropriate for the server to confront us about it in such a manner. Not sure if I will be coming back, which is unfortunate since this was a go to place for me.

Wonderful ambiance with a speakeasy feel. Billie Holiday songs playing and custom cocktails and bites to keep you cozy on a cold winter's night. I will be back!
