The food here is great if you can get past sensory issues this place presents. There is a loud, obnoxious electric train constantly moving along tracks above you. Karaoke echoes across the metal fixtures and concrete floors.Their mozzarella sticks are amazing. They serve great drinks.

Service and food were okay, not bad but not over the top. Might be more enjoyable to a late night crowd who is there for the drinks. I was there on a Saturday afternoon / early evening. The restaurant is HUGE and without being full of customers, gives off a cold antiseptic feeling. Depending on where you sit, there is a model train that goes over your head every ten to fifteen seconds and is annoyingly loud when the restaurant is so silent. Wasn't sure what theme they are going for, trains, nostalgia, sports bar? The food was a little bit expensive for average tasting. Maybe a better nightspot than an afternoon hangout but I'll probably not go back to find out.

Lack of customers = quality of food going down. The NY strip steak I ordered was clearly select. It was to tough to eat. It was cooked well, and seasoned well. All the steaks ordered were very tough in texture. The veggies that came with my order were clearly from a frozen bag, and steamed or microwaved. No seasoning at all. The nachos were good. The real issue is cheaping out on quality ingredients. It's a shame because this used to be a great place.

Justin the manager was just the cherry on top of the disaster of this restaurant experience that I had today. The waitress we had would leave and disappear for a very long time without coming back for refills or for what he had asked for. We ended up being there for two hours while waiting for the check. The waitress even told me we were her second table and the restaurant was not busy. And then we had a 15$ coupon that you can use on an entre and the manager refused to use the coupon and said he gave us a discount but there was no discount. He lied to us and said he but he in fact did not. I asked him about it and he straight told me he did not want our business and to leave. I have never had such an experience with a restaurant before. Such a shame.

Server was so sweet, especially to our son! The kids fish and chips was great - fish was crisp and light, fries are perfect, other food was generally good too. Blackened salmon was a tiny bit too spicy! Lots of appies, we've had most of them, they're delicious.Parking: The restaurant is located in a large strip mall type setting, there's plenty of parking, even if the parking nearest the restaurant is full.Kid-friendliness: There's a train that runs on a track above part of the dining area, this thrilled my toddler! The long wall of TVs, all playing something different, was less good - he barely ate anything because of the over stimulation. An older child would likely be fine! The kids menu with crayons was such a nice extra, and there were plenty of high chairs. We felt welcome as a family, not like an inconvenience ?
Great fries and sandwiches. Great service. Nice option for Federal Way. My husband ordered a plain cheeseburger and they charged him less because of no bacon or veg. Wow. Never had a restaurant do that before. I took half a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich home, and it was even better reheated the next day. We'll be back.
