Went on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. No wait. They have daily specials and of course today is Taco Tuesday so it was a good deal on 2 tacos.First time here, didn't know what to expect but it was delicious. Their hand made tortillas are amazing and their Queso was really good also with a little kick.All in all, it was very good and I will be back.

Came in @9:25pm. Closing is @10pm.I double check with them if they are still open, and one of them said yes while the other mumbled something under her breath. We continued to order, and they were giving attitude. We payed and asked for the food “to go” because the entire establishment was ready for closing. We decided to sit outside. While eating, I looked in and they were pointing fingers and laughing at us. Mind you we were the only ones there.I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They don’t even deserve the one star.I would not recommend this location (Fed. Way)Be prepared for nasty attitudes.

My stay and dine at Cafe rio was very bad. The friendly employees and visual look of the food were the only good things. I found hair in my food and I asked for a refund. No one was wearing a hairnet. At this point I rather go to Chipotle and enjoy bigger portions and cleaner food.

Don't get takeout from here. They can't ever get our orders right. Tonight they left out an entire entree and I had to go all the way back to get it. To make matters worse, not one of the 4 employees standing around even uttered an apology for my inconvenience. If I had known it was going to be such a hassle I would have just cooked dinner myself. Terrible customer service!!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm so bummed that it's the only location in western Washington, but the drive from Bremerton to Federal Way was worth it! The sweet pork salad is TO DIE for. I can't get enough!Vegetarian options: Option to not put meat in your itemsKid-friendliness: Kids meals are reasonably priced and can never go wrong with a cheese quesadilla

Yes I was happy to see that there was a Cafe Rio in Washington coming from California it was becoming a staple there. I love the sweet pork and queso! Service is always good and building was neat and clean!

Best service I've received in quite some time. Cashier was so kind and attentive as well as a hard worker. Dear management: As a former business owner in the service industry, I wanted to say that this gal is a great asset to this establishment/location. She has what it takes to make sure the customer feels well taken care of. I'm impressed. I don't know what her name was but she has blonde hair and was filling orders/cashiering (and made my order) at 1:42pm.

Right around Christmas I had a battery problem with my car. It was freezing cold and raining outside. Nobody helped me with a jump start, and I was even honking with what limited horn I could get and shining a flashlight out on the road. People were driving up and parking next to me even and behind me just sitting there running their engines refusing to help. I had no choice but to sleep in the freezing cold there overnight. When I woke up, the manager came, sitting there running her car right next to me and talking on the phone. Then she got out and explained to me in a detailed way how she had no time available to help me after I told her what happened and said to wait until she was done doing everything she had to do to open the place up. It was sunny and nice out, and as soon as she left a stranger pulled in and got my car started. It took under 30 seconds to do, cost the guy nothing, and nobody from this place or who went here or drove past it could have helped me out when they were sitting there for long time periods in running vehicles. I will use the money I do not spend here to buy a jump box. Most rude place ever to someone who did nothing wrong I've been in a long time.

The food is always great, but the workers are more interested than hanging out with friends than providing a decent service to their customers.3 workers sitting out with friends or family while my online order wasn’t being made. Sat in the restaurant for 15 additional minutes waiting after it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes prior to my arrival.

Cafe Rio is always a "must eat at" whenever we're in the area. The food is consistently great and tasty, freshly prepared for a delightful dining experience. During our recent visit, both my parents and my family thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and flavorful meals. The sweet pork salad with the house dressing is my personal favorite, and I find myself ordering it almost every time. My parents are big fans of the burrito, especially when ordered enchilada style - they declared it their favorite. The place is clean, and the service is good, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're a fan of the sweet pork or an enchilada style burrito, Cafe Rio is the place to be. It never disappoints!
