I absolutely love dining out at Denny's... The service is wonderful, the food is made for my family and I just the way we like it... The best part of our experience at Denny's besides the food is the excellent and outstanding service that our server 'Prince' always provides for us...Prince is so professional and kind to myself and my family that it is a guarantee that we will always be back again... The restrooms are also very clean as well... The place smells great as well, I can tell that the floors are mopped with clean fresh water... The meat and food is also not old, prepared properly at all times... My Grandmother owned a restaurant when I was growing up, so I definitely know a good restaurant... Anyone that is not at this 'Federal Way Dennys' with Prince helping them is missing out on a good life!!! Tonight 3/13/24 at 6:50 I walked into Dennys with my kids nephews and little cousin. It was just to treat them because it was my sisters birthday who passed away and we wanted to get out of the house. The food I had was cold, salty and just plain disgusting. But beyond that our waitress Gabby was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I gave the atmosphere 5 stars just for her. She was kind, and considerate. She took her time with my family and didn’t rush us. She noticed my oldest nephew having trouble picking out an order but she made sure when she noticed our food was almost done to put his order in so that he could eat with us. I would eat 10 nasty servings just to be served by her. I left her a nice tip but it wasn’t worth the memories I will have of her amazing service and I wish I could have given her even more. The shift Manger was amazing as well since I didn’t eat I didn’t get charged for my food and he remade my nephews food and my nephew was beyond satisfied his exact words were “Best thing I had all week!” So that is why the meal gets 2 stars. Gabby thank you so much for your incredible service I would return just to say hello to you because you are such an amazing young soul. My little family appreciates your kindness and hard work. You checked on us multiple times and it was a blessing we had you as our server.

Food has been great before but this visit was not the greatest sausages were burnt, pancakes were burnt, order was wrong??. Kid’s breakfast was also burnt.
Prince, our waiter is very nice, friendly, funny, kind, and respectful, and he has fast accurate service. He always remembers our order without even writing it down. He comes back to check on you multiple times. He makes you want to come back. He cares about his customers, He always has a follow-up question every visit, making sure you and your family are good, very caring.

Very unpleasant. A waitress by the name of Tamu or Tanu is very rude. Not only to customes ,but to her co workers. We frequent Denneys alot. But at this one the atmosfere is so stressed. The other employees work hard , especially on busy days. But Tamu is busy being rude to not only them ,but customers as well. The food is great, the other waitresses and waiters are great. But you cannot noticed Tamu or Tanu being very bossy and rude to her co workers all of them. She stannds at the front register and bosses. She never smiles, and a nasty demeaner. We frequent this Denneys several times a week. Now we ask to be seated so we cannot see her. She is one of tthe ownets sister, we found out. The last time we were ther meeting friends we got s tuck with her. She never checked on us. She gave us no butter withe the pancakes. No refills of water or coffee. She was too busy standing at the front regester. We hsd to ask others for service. The other kids and people are great and work hard. Why are the owners of this Dennys employing someone who is so nasty and causes a very distastful enviroment. We are considering going elsewhere because of her.
