Dim sum is nonexistent in federal way, and this restaurant owner took the courage to make one. The opportunity to add a ramen business into it as well is genius. We used to frequent this business when it was a Chinese buffet, and during the pandemic it quietly restructured into a dimsum restaurant. It is clean, spacious, and easy to get to. I give it four stars due to the price per dimsum. Aside from that I would give it 5 if it was the fare of its' competitors up north. We ordered: shu mai, shrimp, har gow, turnip cakes, and a pork dumpling. Tea costs extra and is not complimentary (this is also the reason for a 3/4 star). Parking is in a strip mall complex area, and for the most part safe. It is a good restaurant for kids and families.

Great food! Prepared fresh and decent portion size. My favorite was the ramen broth -- deep, savory notes but not too salty. The karaage was ???.

The food is very tasty. Service was outstanding. The cost was very pricey. Way too expensive for chinese food. It was 3$ more per order than any other chinese restuarants.

All of the dumplings looked so good, but I settled on the S21. Steamed Shrimp & chives. It was perfect. It was juicy and soft but not too soft to where it might fall apart. Ambience was calm and down-to-earth.

(Background: ate lunch on a Monday) The price of dishes are commensurate to portion for 1 person. Ordering & menu accessible via QR code located on the table. A modest variety of dishes (see those I order in pics). Clean tables, spacious interior, & outstanding (they ensured glasses of water was filled & empty plates removed) service; however; servers were not talkative but more shy/ meek. Timing of food from order to plating on table is not more than 10 minutes. Overall, a descent place but not necessarily a place on my "must go to" top 10 list. If am desperately hungry and I so happen to pass then I may stop to eat. The dishes were NOT at the "awesome" or "unique" enough to stand alone.

I've been to this place one time before and wanted to try it again and it was great, came on a Monday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. Got seated right away. This is a great place to share food.. ordered plenty of dim sum and also a mini hot pot, didn't do ramen this time but I do remember the ramen was good. Pricing is reasonable, especially since you get a mixture of different types of food. Make sure to drink some green tea to help you digest all this. The place is on the top floor of the building. The servers are very nice and still wear masks, probably for safety, the space is very clean and open. Definitely will be back when in the federal way area.

The Dim Sum here is brought to your table by plate not on a cart which to me has a wonderful advantage of being very fresh from the kitchen and made to order.
